Provided is a rubber composition for tires by which low rolling resistance and wet grip performance are enhanced beyond conventional levels. The rubber composition for tires comprises a diene rubber, silica, and a silane coupling agent, and is characterized in that a function v of a shear modulus G of the rubber composition at 0.28% shear stress at 110C, a CTAB specific surface area (CTAB) of the silica, a volume fraction () of the silica in the rubber composition, and a stress at 100% elongation (M_(100)) of the rubber composition satisfies the relationship of the following equation (i): G = K v. In equation (i), K is a coefficient greater than 0 and not greater than 450, and v is represented by the following equation (ii): v = (1 + 0.0258 CTAB M_(100)) and is a real number not less than 2.5 and not greater than 20.

Provided is a mold cleaning system which makes it possible to prevent scratches on a molding surface while efficiently removing dirt therefrom without requiring a manual operation by a person, even for molds having complicated molding-surface shapes. When cleaning a mold (11), the mold cleaning system acquires three-dimensional image data of a molding surface (12) of the mold (11) by a camera (3) and, on the basis of the acquired image data, the mold cleaning system controls the movement of arms (6a, 6b) using a control device (7), moves a laser head (4) along the molding surface (12) while irradiating with a laser beam (L) supplied by a laser oscillator (2) and, as a result, removes dirt (X) adhered to the molding surface (12).

Provided is a pneumatic tire with steering stability performance, hydroplaning resistance performance, and uneven wear resistance performance enhanced in a well-balanced manner. A profile line (PL1) of a center land portion (X) protrudes further outward in the tire radial direction than a standard profile line (PL0). Profile lines (PL2, PL3) of sub-center land portions (Y1, Y2) and shoulder land portions (Z1, Z2) defined outward of two center main grooves (14a, 14b) in the tire width direction protrude outward in the tire radial direction further than the standard profile line (PL0). The shoulder land portions (Z1, Z2) are defined further outward than the sub-center land portions (Y1, Y2). Further, the profile lines (PL2, PL3) of the sub-center land portions (Y1, Y2) and the shoulder land portions (Z1, Z2) each include an outermost point (A2, A4) of the corresponding center main groove (14a, 14b) in the tire width direction and both end points (A5, A6, A7, A8) of the corresponding shoulder main groove (14c, 14d) in the tire width direction. A groove area ratio (Go) of a vehicle mounting outer side region and a groove area ratio (Gi) of a vehicle mounting inner side region satisfy the relationship Gi > Go.

Provided are a device and a method for inspecting a cylindrical member, whereby it is possible to accurately assess a widthwise misalignment of a cylindrical member obtained by molding a strip-shaped member into a cylindrical shape. During inspection of a cylindrical member (9a) obtained by winding a strip-shaped member (8a) around a molding drum (5), placing a longitudinal distal end (E1) and a longitudinal rear end (E2) of the strip-shaped member (8a) against each other and molding the strip-shaped member (8a) into a cylindrical shape, a drum-widthwise end position (L1) of the strip-shaped member (8a) wound around the molding drum (5) is detected by a position sensor (2) along the entire length of the strip-shaped member (8a) in the longitudinal direction thereof, a degree of widthwise misalignment of the strip-shaped member (8a) wound around the molding drum (5) is calculated by a control unit (4) on the basis of detection data from the position sensor (2) and position data of drum-widthwise end faces (DL) that are perpendicular to a drum axial center (DX) of the molding drum (5), and the widthwise misalignment of the strip-shaped member (8a) is determined to be inside or outside an allowable range on the basis of the calculation result.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition capable of achieving both excellent vulcanization properties as low heat build-up, and a pneumatic tire including such a composition. The rubber composition of the present invention is a rubber composition containing a diene rubber (A), a silica (B), a silane coupling agent (C), and an acid-modified polyolefin (D);the diene rubber (A) containing not less than 30 mass% of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer rubber;the acid-modified polyolefin (D) having at least one type of repeating unit selected from the group consisting of propylene, 1-butene, and 1-octene;a content of the silica (B) being from 5 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber (A); anda total content of the silane coupling agent (C) and the acid-modified polyolefin being from 5 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber (A).

The epoxy resin composition for a fiber-reinforced composite material of the present invention contains: a reaction product obtained by reacting 100 parts by mass of a phosphorus-containing epoxy resin containing a phosphorus atom in the backbone thereof, and not less than 5 parts by mass and not greater than 20 parts by mass of an amino-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber; an epoxy resin other than the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin; a curing agent; and a curing accelerator.

The purpose of the present invention is to increase the likelihood of avoiding a collision between a host vehicle and a following vehicle by appropriately maintaining an inter-vehicle distance between the host vehicle and the following vehicle. A structure whereby a piping nozzle (22) can be simply attached to a tank body (12) in a short amount of time without limitations to the work location. A cylinder (32) of a nozzle body (24) is inserted through the interior and exterior of the tank body (12) via a nozzle body insertion hole (36) in the tank body (12). A spacer member (28) is disposed on an outer surface of the tank body (12) around the cylinder (32). By tightening a nut (30) on a male screw (3202) of the cylinder (32) of the nozzle body (24), a portion of the tank body (12) around the nozzle body insertion hole (36) is sandwiched by the skirt (34) of the nozzle body (24) and the spacer member (28).
