The grey AHP effectiveness evaluation problem of electronic warfare command and control system (EWCCS) under complex electromagnetic environment is investigated. First, the evaluation hierarchy structures of EWCCS under complex electromagnetic environment are put forward and can be classified into target hierarchy, rule hierarchy and scheme hierarchy. Then, the grey AHP Algorithm is given as a preliminary knowledge to evaluate the effectiveness evaluation of EWCCS under complex electromagnetic environment. Finally, an effectiveness evaluation example of three EWCC systems under complex electromagnetic environment is considered by using the grey analytic hierarchy process (AHP) Algorithm, and the grey comprehensive evaluations for the three EWCC systems under complex electromagnetic environment and their grades of the grey comprehensive evaluation are proposed. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research. According to the structure and application functions of information networks, the mechanism of high power microwave effects on electronic devices of information networks are analyzed, as well as the efficiency evaluation index system of the multi-hierarchy attributes of information networks is established. The idea that the interval-based cloud model is proposed which is the interval number combined with cloud model is used to achieve the combination between the qualitative and quantitative attributes of indexes, the interval weight of evaluation index is obtained by interval analytic hierarchy process, the total effectiveness of information networks is fitted by using evaluate level interval-based cloud model. The method is proved to be feasible and effective through example analysis. The results showed that combines the fuzziness and uncertainty factors in the course of evaluation by using interval number. © 2017, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China. In this paper, an efficient feature extraction algorithm called discriminant sparse local spline embedding (D-SLSE) is proposed for face recognition. A sparse neighborhood graph of the input data is firstly constructed based on a sparse representation framework, and then the low-dimensional embedding of the data is obtained by faithfully preserving the intrinsic geometry of the data samples based on such sparse neighborhood graph and best holding the discriminant power based on the class information of the input data. Finally, an orthogonalization procedure is perfomred to improve discriminant power. The experimental results on the two face image databases demonstrate that D-SLSE is effective for face recognition. © 2015 Elsevier B.V.

The grey synthetic relational analysis (GSRA) method-based effectiveness evaluation of the electronic warfare command and control (EWCC) system with incomplete information is investigated. The evaluation hierarchy structure of the EWCC system is put forward and classified into the target hierarchy, the rule hierarchy and the scheme hierarchy. Then, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and the grey relational analysis (GRA) method, the GSRA method is given to evaluate the effectiveness evaluation of the EWCC system with incomplete information. Finally, an effectiveness evaluation example of three EWCC systems with incomplete information shows the effectiveness of the GSRA method. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
