By analyzing the contents and characteristics of land use planning, this paper studies key techniques including multi-source data management, dynamic process customization, historical retrospection of spatial relations, and warning of planning, statistical analysis. Based on work flow integration, MIS, and GIS, an all-in-one solution is given, and an integrated platform that dynamically updates the planning data and integrates business information is designed and realized. The platform has been used in a land use planning for implementation. Effectiveness is shown in practice. The platform is fully functional and performs well.
