Under the condition of low gas volume and quality, only one of the two sets of large NGL processing device can operate with the other one as backups. When the open condition or closed condition between the two devices are changed, the crossing drawing is used to show the start-up and shutdown time, acting as a scientific guidance of rational switch between two devices in order to save time. The start-up time of three units is further studied to determine the switching time. The goal of reducing energy consumption and shortening the start-up time are achieved, realizing the smooth switch between the two sets of devices and safety running without interference. ©, 2015, China National Chemical Information Center. Smart ultrasonic leakage detection & position identification system and pipeline protection system are used to prevent the leakage of LPG pipeline. The mode recognition system combined with manual intelligent technology is employed to identify the ultrasonic signals and determine the occurrence of the leakage and its corresponding leakage position. In view of characteristics of flare gas emission system, the difficult problems involving in control systems for compressor frequency conversion, recovery and flare ignition, are analyzed.
