In the paper, the moisture of building material bricks was controlled by the saturation solution of inorganic salt which were deposited in a obturator. The activated charcoal method was used to compare the influence of radon exhalation rate of building material bricks on different moistures condition. From the result, it can be found that with the increasing of moisture, the radon exhalation rate is increasing at first and then decreasing, when the moisture is about 4%, and the highest radon exhalation rate is 32.31 ±2.84mBq.m -2.s -1.

In response to the civil works of Tianshuiyuan station, a key project of Beijing Metro Line No. 6, this paper integrated the international advanced Virtual Reality Techniques, nonlinear decision-making method and total dynamic optimization management into the construction time and cost management for the civil works of subway station construction and developed a scientific and high-efficient system of integrated virtual dynamic optimization management technology for the construction of subway. The integrated virtual dynamic optimization management technology system provides a significant theoretical and practical value to the realization of the improvement of theory and practice from linearity, two-dimension and “invisible management” to nonlinearity, three-dimension and “visible management” for project management. ©, 2015, Science Press. This paper presents a discharge inspection method based on new active inverter feedback discharge after comparison with the check discharge from pure resistance of power station batteries. A new active inverter system has been developed with SPWM pulse width modulation technology, which is based on DC/DC circuitry, along with a three-phase full bridge inverter and control topology circuits. In addition, the principle for selecting the parameters of RCL elements of the system has been analyzed. This paper also presents a detection method combining active detection with passive detection for the islanding effect which exists in the grid-connected discharge system, according to the islanding effect of grid-connected discharge equipment, so as to stably discharge without interference on the grid. © (2014) Trans Tech Publicutions, Switzerland.

The volatility of ammonia is easy to form explosive gas by volatile ammonia gas with air, which is harmful to the environment. The design of new ammonia storage tank is conducted based on the principle that does not produce volatile ammonia gas. Zero emissions of volatile ammonia gas is achieved when 25% ammonia solution is stored at 40℃. Under the condition of defining designed target shield value, tenth attenuation method, check table method, QAD and MCNP were used to design the thickness of single infinite shield medium for nuclear technology utility facilities. Moreover, the conservative property and applicability of each method and the economical efficiency for engineering investment were analyzed. Priority was given to QAD for designing a simple nuclear technology utility facility; MCNP was recommended to design a complicated facility. By comparing the designed thickness and actual thickness of shield medium, it is found that each method incorporated conservative property in certain level. The conservative nature of these methods may raise the project investment for constructing a facility: tenth attenuation method can cause more than 30% increase in the shielding, while the number for check table method, QAD and MCNP were around 10%, below 10% and 5% respectively.
