Getting Lean is pragmatic and all about continuous development. In cut throat world of international business scenario where small and medium companies implementing ERP, improvement becomes a condition of survival not something they do when they get time. In most business, the root causes today are the same ones that existed two weeks ago and are the same ones that existed two years ago. With cost pressures mounting, SMEs are facing strong growth headwinds. This paper covers the most important issues related to measurement of modern ERP performance review for setting effective policies for high performance business through better project management and tailoring parameters. This paper tries to explore and prioritize the factors through SPSS 18.0 that influences, controls and empowers the modern ERP implementation particularly for Delhi-NCR based small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Multiple myeloma (MM) is a dyscrasia caused by neoplastic proliferation of somatically mutated plasma cells. Myeloma cells divide and expand within the bone marrow affecting multiple locations in the body where bone marrow is present. Oral manifestations, though common are usually not diagnosed. This report describes rare oral manifestations of multiple myeloma like oral petechiae and gingival swelling presented in a 40-year-old male patient. The diagnosis was established by blood examination & skeletal survey, while oral findings were later correlated with the diagnosis of MM. A brief review on MM is presented along with the demonstration of rare oral manifestations. © 2016 Old City Publishing, Inc.

Sulphonimide based organocatalyst was used to catalyze the aldol reaction in ionic liquid media. On the basis of yield and selectivity the ionic liquid mediated system was found superior in comparison with organic solvents. The added advantages of this ionic liquid mediated organocatalysis are easy recovery of product and the recyclability of the organocatalyst. © 2010 Versita Warsaw and Springer-Verlag Wien.

Comparator have important role in ADC as which generates valid signal to the clock generator as well as compares the DAC output. Speed and the resolution is determined by the comparator, so, it is most important part in the SAR ADC. Comparator act as input signal to the clock generator as well as the compares DAC output in SAR ADC. In this paper, the analysis of the different dynamic comparator and propose a better structure, which can run faster and provide more stable output signal than the traditional structures. Comparator is designed in 180nm CMOS technology and analyzed using Node analysis. © 2016 IEEE.

Security is a vexing, costly and complicated business. A single lapse can be expensive in lost funds, records and reputation. The NTRU algorithm can be used in a variety of applications which involve security across a network. In this research paper, we introduce the general structure of NTRU cryptosystem, its performance analysis and some enhancements of the algorithm. We have also studied the previous algorithms, found out their exact limitations, and developed the NTRU algorithm which is providing a solution to overcome the limitations of these algorithms. In this way we are also increasing the usefulness of NTRU algorithm and its robustness. © 2011 IEEE.

Our case of ameloblastoma had a surprisingly long 25 year history, with abnormally large dimensions, a multilocular diffuse-mixed radiographic picture, and was histopathologically diagnosed as granular cell ameloblastoma with desmoplasia. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first ameloblastoma ever reported, that has shown combined features of granular cells, desmoplasia, ameloblastic follicles, plexiform, and acanthomatous patterns. The nature of granular cells in this type of tumor and the significance of their presence have also been reviewed. From the studies on aameloblastomas to date, it seems that the old belief that granular cell ameblastoma is the most aggressive variant of ameloblastoma is a myth, and in all probability, granular cells are just a transitional or matured phase in the life cycle of ameloblastomas, starting with normal stellate reticulum-like cells, leading to a production of granules and finally leading to degeneration and formation of cystic areas.

The UV-Vis and infrared (IR) absorption spectra of organophosphorus (OP) pesticides have been studied. A correlation in spectra was developed to optimize the OP pesticides in the environments. The spectroscopic (UV-Vis and IR) spectrum of OP pesticides like methyl parathion, malathion and parathion has been interpreted in detail. A complete calculation of the normal frequencies and absolute intensities of UV-Vis and IR absorption bands are interpreted with the help of corresponding experimental data. In the colorimetric reactions, the bands appear at 2 077, 1 637, 1 455, 1 015, 655 cm-1 for malathion; 2 081, 1 639, 1 316, 1 015, 794, 683 cm-1 for parathion; 2 078, 1 632, 1 032, 794 cm-1 for methyl parathion were used for quantitative or qualitative analysis. All these IR spectra were acquired by averaging 100 scans at a resolution of 4 cm-1. It is determined experimentally in the region 200~450 nm for UV-Vis absorption bands and in the region 400~4 000 cm-1 for IR absorption bands. It is concluded that the mainly optically active groups (P-OH, C=O, P=O, C-O-C, P-O-C, P=S, -OH) present in pesticides which are responsible in change in significant data for quantitative and qualitative analysis. The various optical properties like wavelength, band energy, wave number, and frequency, also are calculated. © 2016, Peking University Press. All right reserved.

This paper presents for the composition of software value a distributed data flow model as it is widely distributed over the internet. These services are ruled by user and they are connected to make a data processing system which is known as the megaservice. This distributed data flow model provides us the exchange of data directly among these services. This is completely different from central data flow model where the central hub for data traffic is the megaservice. This shows that this model that is distributed data flow model is better as compared to central data flow model in the sense of their performance and scalability. In distributed data flow model it fully use the network holding capacity for the free services and it also stops the blockage at the megaservices. Security is an important aspect in an open environment. When two or more entities want to communicate, an entity must be aware about the other entity to whom he/she is communicating. Therefore there has to be a mechanism which will ensure the identities of different entities. As cryptanalysts left no stone unturned to decipher the code, therefore there has to be a mechanism to ensure that only authorized entity will be able to get the encryption−decryption code and it should be available only for limited time or on temporary basis so that no one should have time to analyze the code. As code will only be available to authorized entities, they should be able to get it on any machine. The proposed architecture will cover all the given aspects and it will provide authentication, confidentiality, availability as software as a service. © Springer Science+Business Media Singapore 2016.

A compact two element diversity antenna operating over IEEE 802.11a (4.7-6 GHz), and IEEE 802.16 (3.4-3.8 GHz) frequency band is proposed for wireless USB Dongle applications. The projected antenna contains two alike dual branch monopole with each array having the dimensions of 20.25 × 5.5 mm2. The antenna array is impressed on the printed circuit board. In order to mitigate the coupling effects between the two radiating elements the meandered neutral line technique is used. © 2015 IEEE.
