In this work are given the testing results of mechanical properties and welded joints microstructure of micro alloyed steel, as well as its sensitivity to cold and hot cracking appearance. Obtained results show that steel has good resistance to cold and hot cracking appearance, especially at low temperatures, and welded joints have a very good combination of mechanical-technological properties.

In this work are given the testing results of mechanical properties welded joints and microstructure of micro alloyed steel as well as its sensitivity to lamellar cracks appearance. The obtained results show that steel has good resistance to lamellar cracks appearance and with an appropriate wire choice for welding, a good combination of mechanical properties could be obtained at room (ambience) temperatures as well as at low temperatures.

By applying analysis of differences in development of curriculum concept, the authors present the idea that two basic structural components of this concept can be identified. This is discussed in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis gives practical possibilities of tuition planning according to the curriculum methodology using the example of Electrical Engineering teaching. The third, central and according to the authors, most significant part of the essay, points out that the curriculum components are, both by their structure and logical sequence, fully compatible with the subsystems and elements of control in cybernetic systems. Hence the belief of the authors that tuition planning using the methodology of curriculum modeled in cybernetic regulatory circle could create possibilities of managing, regulation and more impartial evaluation of the overall tuition planning process. The validity of such affirmations is justified by a short illustration of application of this concept in all educational systems, with minor exceptions, its effects being established only by application of classical positivistic pedagogical methodology.

In the paper has been covered the segment of teaching work dealing with the evaluation of disciple achievement. We have given a psychologic - didactic theoretical frame for modern evaluation of the achieved intelectual and motivational results of the teachning work. We have presented the methodology of knowledge evaluation through the electronic platform in Moodle system for distance learning made by the students of the High Electrotechnical School in Belgrade.

Economic recession, ever increasing competition in banking sector, strengthening of the most strongest banks, intensive implementation of new technologies and banking products as well as gradual entry of non-banking organisations in banking market, all raise the questions about current position of the banks and what is the future of their development. Improvement of business quality becomes an imperative of modern market and global movements and it becomes main factor in achieving competitive advantage of modern banking. Concept of quality, based on modern approach, does not include only technological base but also transcends from the production to the level of executive management, where during the time, it takes characteristics of business quality improvement as a whole, where customer and achievement of its satisfaction has the pivotal position. Success of bank functions depends on understanding the needs of the market and on harmonizing the company's possibilities with market's needs and requirements. Modern bank business environment is dynamic and characterized by frequent changes. Understanding and satisfying of customer requirements is becoming, in this way, the key element of functioning, focusing and survival of banks in modern business conditions. The objective of an bank should be achieving and understanding the optimum level of customer's satisfaction. Application of concept of Customer Relationship Management, or shortly CRM, banks can realise that goal and improve business quality. Yet customer relationship management has not worked out that well in practice. There are many reasons for failures. The purpose of this paper is to present the certain significant aspects of customer relationship management concept in improvement of productivity and banking business quality and short guidelines for correct application of this concept in banks.

The development of computer network technologies increased the importance of network professional's education and resulted in extensive research in the field of computer science education. Virtual networking laboratories have been very popular in the past few years, especially for training and education of network professionals. These laboratories are emulated computer network environments, based on virtualization technology, and have a number of advantages comparing to classical laboratories. Even with a large number of developed laboratory platforms, there are a small number of attempts to evaluate these systems and to find out how effective they are. This paper presents an approach to the evaluation of the virtual networking laboratory, primarily by the evaluation of its exercises used for a computer-networking course at the university. We are going to employ an approach based on the relation of indiscernibility and the rough set theory in order to produce a model based on if-then rules, starting from low-level data. This model helps to identify the most important parts and eventual mistakes in the evaluated exercises, creating the possibility for their improvement and overall student's achievement as well. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Using media directly influences teaching communication and its effects in relation to knowledge acquisition. Words are still the main source of communication in the teaching process but not in the form of monolog and teacher's individual speech but in the form of dialog. Pictures are being used more and more in order to transmit knowledge and information to students. This kind of teaching is more efficient because it is more understandable, especially when abstract content has to be concretized. In the field of education certain aims and tasks are being given and they are best realized through student-teacher and pupil-medium communication. By using computers in the teaching process students are given more qualitative presentation of the teaching material. Pictures are valuable source of information, they offer details, thoughts, ideas and they make possible experiments that would be difficult to describe otherwise. This kind of education is becoming more obvious and convinsing in comparison to the traditional one. This paper deals with this new teaching approach, as well as with the ways it should be realized. Basic characteristics and the ways of handling program packages will be considered as well. ©2010 IEEE.
