The present invention provides a positioning and pressing device, a pressing device and a tool for auxiliary machining of motor train underframe, the positioning and pressing device comprises a crossbeam, two supporting frames, two rotary vertical pressing structures, a lateral positioning structure, a lateral holding structure and two adjustable intermediate supporting structures; the two supporting frames are mounted in sliding manner on two sides of the upper surface of the crossbeam; the two rotary vertical pressing structures are respectively mounted on the tops of the two supporting frames; the lateral positioning structure is mounted on the side of one of the two supporting frames; the lateral holding structure is mounted on the side of the other one of the two supporting frames; and the two adjustable intermediate supporting structures are mounted on the upper surface of the crossbeam and between the two supporting frames. The present invention realizes that the tool for the auxiliary machining of the motor train underframe is modularized; the present invention solves the technical problems of the present technology that the motor train underframe machining structure is large in volume and is not convenient for transportation and movement and the adjustability thereof is not good and not capable of meeting the requirements of the auxiliary machining of the motor train underframe with different types

A drivers cab of a magnetically levitated train and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: processing and obtaining two-dimensional framework components made of an aluminum alloy material, and then assembling the processed two-dimensional framework components into a three-dimensional framework; making a three-dimensional cover skin made of the aluminum alloy material with a small curved surface die-less forming process; and assembling the three-dimensional cover skin on the three-dimensional framework. The drivers cab comprises a three-dimensional framework and a three-dimensional cover skin assembled on the three-dimensional framework, wherein a plurality of two-dimensional framework components of the aluminum alloy materials are mutually connected together to form the three-dimensional framework, and the three-dimensional cover skin is made of the aluminum alloy material with a small curved surface die-less forming process. A manner of the three-dimensional framework can be obtained by assembling the two-dimensional framework components of the aluminum alloy material, such that the manufacturing process of the drivers cab can be effectively simplified, the manufacturing cost of the drivers cab can be reduced, and the carrying capacity of the drivers cab of magnetically levitated train can be improved.

In the bogie for the rail vehicle, the current collector is fixedly connected on the axle box, and thus has the same state of motion as the axle box, effectively reducing the displacements of the current collector in all directions relative to the third rail during operation, and reducing vibration and impact suffered by the current collector.
