With sports development, players call for higher competition performance, training strength also becomes larger, sports injury increases accordingly. To tennis players, sports injury is even quite universal. This paper establishes tennis player health evaluation system, with an aim to let tennis player understand its own conditions and make reasonable adjustment in training plan combining with such conditions. At first through questionnaire investigation of 100 tennis players, it gets that main sports injury body parts are waist, knee joint, ankle joint, thorax and abdomen, wrist, shoulder joint, thigh and shank. Then combine with medicine relative knowledge to make analysis of such 7 factors influence on human health, construct judgment matrix, apply analytic hierarchy process method to get each factor relative influence weight on human health, establish sports health evaluation system. And find out the most important body part to tennis player is waist and ankle joint, then analyze the two parts and make suggestions.

This paper focusses on the heterogeneous nucleation on the surface with the non-constant curvature. The formation of a spherical nucleus on the ellipsoid of rotation is considered. Following the classical nucleation theory, the work of formation of a critical nucleus on the ellipsoid of rotation has been given, and the effects of geometry sizes and the material properties of the ellipsoid of rotation on the work of formation of a critical nucleus have been obtained. When the geometry size of the substrate is about value of the critical nucleus radius, there may exist twice nucleation on the ellipsoid of rotation for the case of the smaller value of λ and <π/2. As the work of formation of a nucleus has only one extremum (the maximum), the nucleation on the oblate rotational ellipsoid is more easy than on the spherical surface, while nucleation on the prolate ellipsoid of rotation is more difficult than on the spherical surface. Furthermore, if the particles of the ellipsoid are added into the parent phase as nucleation agents or catalysts, for some geometry sizes, they would not have the effects on the heterogeneous nucleation. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

Background: Transcriptional engineering has presented a strong ability of phenotypic improvement in microorganisms. However, it could not be directly applied to Actinoplanes teichomyceticus L-27 because of the paucity of endogenous transcription factors in the strain. In this study, exogenous transcription factors were rationally selected and transcriptional engineering was carried out to increase the productivity of teicoplanin in L-27. Results: It was illuminated that the σHrdB molecules shared strong similarity of amino acid sequences among some genera of actinomycetes. Combining this advantage with the ability of transcriptional engineering, exogenous sigma factor σHrdB molecules were rationally selected and engineered to improve L-27. hrdB genes from Actinoplanes missouriensis 431, Micromonospora aurantiaca ATCC 27029 and Salinispora arenicola CNS-205 were selected based on molecular evolutionary analysis. Random mutagenesis, DNA shuffling and point mutation were subsequently performed to generate diversified mutants. A recombinant was identified through screening program, yielding 5.3 mg/ml of teicoplanin, over 2-fold compared to that of L-27. More significantly, the engineered strain presented a good performance in 500-l pilot scale fermentation, which meant its valuable potential application in industry. Conclusions: Through rational selection and engineering of exogenous transcriptional factor, we have extended the application of transcriptional engineering. To our knowledge, it is the first time to focus on the related issue. In addition, possessing the advantage of efficient metabolic perturbation in transcription level, this strategy could be useful in analyzing metabolic and physiological mechanisms of strains, especially those with the only information on taxonomy. © 2014 Wang et al.; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.

We fabricated NiO nanorings on SiC, a novel hierarchical architecture, by a facile two-step method. The dielectric properties depend on temperature and frequency in the range from 373 to 773 K and X band. The imaginary part and loss tangent increase more than four times and three times with increasing temperature, respectively. The architecture demonstrates multirelaxation and possesses high-efficient absorption. The reflection loss exceeds-40 dB and the bandwidth covers 85% of X band (approximately-20 dB). The synergistic effect between multirelaxation and conductance is beneficial to the microwave absorption. Our findings provide a novel and feasible strategy to tune microwave absorption. © 2015 American Chemical Society.

In this paper, a solution for a multi-objective linear programming problem with fuzzy constraints is presented. Firstly, a general model of the multi-objective linear programming with fuzzy constraints is introduced and a popular solution method is given, in which the model is transformed into a single objective problem with fuzzy constraints by adding weights. Then a new solution method is proposed in which the model can be transformed into a single objective problem with fuzzy constraints by fuzzificating the objective functions. At last, in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this new approach, these two solution methods are respectively applied in the same example.

In this paper, the author studies on the design and implementation of dam safety monitoring routing algorithm based on wireless data transmission technology. A mixed repository which based on rule and ANN was studied. The method of reasoning, controlling and repository mange was discussed. Some advice for improving the ES reliability was advanced.10. Support Vector Machine classification was studied by this article. Kernel function was used on Electrocardiogram (ECG) classification. Classification results show that the support vector machine classification algorithm reduce the complexity of the classification algorithm, and to ensure that the ECG classification accuracy, while the feasibility and effectiveness of the classification of ideas in the ECG classification. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

The small angle lighting is always a thorny problem in the LED lighting field. The LED lenses and reflectors were important optical devices, which was the key to solve the above problem. So the design of lens and reflectors has been a hot research topic recently. The theory of geometrical optics was used to calculate the coordinates on the lens surface in this paper. Then, the lens model can be constructed based on the coordinates. In order to facilitate understanding, the 30° and 45° lighting lens were taken as examples to introduce the design process. The research findings show that these lenses can concentrate light rays within the predetermined small angles. Furthermore, the efficiency and uniformity are more than 80% and 85% respectively, which can meet the needs of the modern lighting. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal of Infrared and Laser Engineering. In this paper, proton transfer mechanism of alanine induced by Zn2+ was investigated by the CCSD/6-31++G*//B3LYP/6-31++G* method. Six neutral complexes and one amphoteric complex were optimized, among which the amphoteric complex was the most stable with binding energy of 201.92 kcal·mol-1. In addition, the rotation of intramolecular single bond leads to the neutral configuration conversion, in which the rotation energy barriers of C-C single bonds are lower than 10.51 kcal·mol-1, and those of C-O single bonds range among 9.53~17.50 kcal·mol-1. On the other hand, the proton transfers among the carboxylic oxygen atoms can also result in the neutral configuration conversion, whose energy barriers of forward/back reaction are 53.90 and 32.46 kcal·mol-1, respectively. In detail, the proton transfers from carboxylic group to amino lead to their configuration conversion from neutral to amphoteric. Furthermore, under the catalysis of Zn2+, there was no energy barrier in this reaction. The conversion route from the most stable neutral configuration II to the most stable amphoteric configuration I was: II→II-III→III-VI→V-→I-V→I, with the energy barrier to be 64.64 kcal·mol-1.
