Stimulated Brillouin scattering of electromagnetic waves in the field of a two-dimensionally localized pump wave at arbitrary scattering angles in the regime of forward scattering is analyzed. Spatial variations in the amplitudes of interacting waves are studied for different values of the pump field and different dimensions of the pump wave localization region. The intensity of scattered radiation is determined as a function of the scattering angle and the dimensions of the pump wave localization region. It is shown that the intensity increases with increasing scattering angle. © 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The Zeravshan River is a transboundary river whose water is mainly used for irrigation of agricultural lands of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Sufficiently rich hydropower resources in upstream of the Zeravshan River characterize the Republic of Tajikistan. Continuous monitoring of water resources condition is necessary for planning the development of this area taking into account hydropower production and irrigation needs. Water quality of Zeravshan River is currently one of the main problems in the relationship between the Republics of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, and it frequently triggers conflict situations between the two countries. In most cases, the problem of water quality of the Zeravshan River is related to river pollution by wastewater of the Anzob Mountain-concentrating Industrial Complex (AMCC) in Tajikistan. In this paper results of research of chemical and bacteriological composition of the Zeravshan River waters are presented. The minimum impact of AMCC on quality of water of the river was experimentally established. Copyright © 2014 IAHS Press.

To study the effects of new information technologies (IT) on productivity, we have assembled a unique data set on plants in one narrowly defined industry- valve manufacturing-and analyze several plant-level mechanisms through which IT could promote productivity growth. The empirical analysis reveals three main results. First, plants that adopt new IT-enhanced equipment also shift their business strategies by producing more customized valve products. Second, new IT investments improve the efficiency of all stages of the production process by reducing setup times, run times, and inspection times. The reductions in setup times are theoretically important because they make it less costly to switch production from one product to another and support the change in business strategy to more customized production. Third, adoption of new IT-enhanced capital equipment coincides with increases in the skill requirements of machine operators, notably technical and problem-solving skills, and with the adoption of new human resource practices to support these skills. © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved.

Necessity of using prefabricated modular building systems, with an emphasis on architecture and building regulations of the country in order to localize and adapt to local conditions is designed, and new construction system has been initiated. Study evaluating the structural systems includes a wide array of activities that can be done differently and by different authorities. But what is the current situation we are facing is that although often decentralized activities can be considered establishing such a system has still an integrity. Always planning for any development project requires the selection of a certain building practices. Simply put expertise announce the official results to evaluate the quality, durability and other features of a product or building system using the standard building regulations and guidelines are valid for By the organization and by law shall be provided for a limited time Thus expertise executive director or employee relationship between the designer and manufacturer of consumer choice and application of the product or system layout of the building makes. © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved.

With regard to the design and construction of traditional or better Systems and methodologies used in design and construction that had been discussed in public, and generally cannot accommodate the needs of the construction is scheduled to be held accountable. You can try to focus on that with proper planning and the use of new systems in other countries such time-critical sections used and with full attention to cultural and social patterns of our concept and used it System matches. Construction of the new systems that are common in today's world, style, three-dimensional panels for prefabricated concrete panels are known as 3D. One of the fundamental questions about the panel performance and behavior under lateral loads reciprocating. In this paper, the capacity and built walls treated with a panel 3D, to compare the behavior of shear walls with walls like they went under reciprocating lateral loads is investigated. At the same shear walls, two layers of concrete are integrated and implemented cutting Instant removal © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved.

It is believed that many common points between philosophy and management are very limited. The team believes that the differences between the two are actually complementary work. Martin Sound bow author of philosophical economy has been saying that dark look in his philosophy than economics. But usually defined business traders who make a good living with Aristotle's theory are different. Even with other theories of Greek philosophers were also different. However, theoretical studies on these topics will help those most. Maybe at first glance appear to be much difference between philosophy and management, but actually deepening in many common points of these two will. "Mary Parker" (Mary Parker), who is known as the mother of management theory, writes in his book that manages part of the philosophy. "Rudolf Borchgraw" says management strategy is a philosophy in itself. (Geoffrey Klempner) is a philosopher and businessman, who claims knowledge of philosophy is not just a passive gap not only that it could be instrumental in bringing, but the philosophy of off Mission of the sits not come until they are no longer in operation. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the philosophy of life philosophy of managers who have been affected by any of it into your life have to be. © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved.

It is studied how the threshold current of InGaAs/AlGaAs quantum-well injection heterolasers emitting near the wavelength λ = 0.7 μm changes under irradiation by thermal neutrons. It is found that the threshold pump current decreases at small doses (10-2 neutron cm-2), while doses exceeding 6 × 107 neutron cm-2 cause an increase in this current and degradation of the structure. It is found that the main reasons for an increase in the threshold current at high irradiation doses are the nuclear reactions of the 49In115 (n, γ) → 49In116 type and the β-decay of the 49In116 isotope, which results in the appearance of 50Sn116 atoms. © 2015 Kvantovaya Elektronika and Turpion Ltd.

The present study aims to practically collect descriptive information using Delphi survey method to investigate the significant lack of relationship among minor hypotheses as well. The majors assess the relationship between knowledge management and empowerment of human resources. Statistical population consists of managers, assistants and teachers working in education organization, north Khorasan province including 150 managers, and 260 teachers of high school level. 199 people were selected through random sampling method and Cochran formula. In this study Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test used to determine the significance of relationship between knowledge management and empowering human resources, Pearson correlation coefficient to test hypotheses, and t-Student Test for determining existence or inexistence of defined variables for knowledge management and empowerment hypotheses. In addition in this article factor analysis based on new and advanced method of structural equations partial least squares (VPLS) applied to analyze coefficient and more important factors, estimate independent variables coefficient and determine effectiveness level of each independent variables on each other. Also, deciding on appropriateness of each item and its coefficient in explaining related index was considered in this method. Results show that prioritizing knowledge management aspects based on their rank include problem solving and transfer of experience, participation, creativity, and benchmarking. This prioritizing indicates that the focus of organizational activities for increasing knowledge management have to be allocated to what priorities and for how much.

Changes in the threshold current and slope efficiency are studied under conditions of gamma-ray irradiation by injection InGaAsP/InP lasers emitting at 1.3 mm (irradiation dose is ~10 14 - 10 17 photon cm -2). We observed an improved performance at low values of the quantum flux density and degradation at doses greater than 10 14 photon cm -2. © 2012 Kvantovaya Elektronika and Turpion Ltd.

This article surveys the intention of "migration from perspective of Quran". To do this, we refer to Quran as the main text and we study the credible texts like Tafsir al-Mizan (al-Mizan Interpretation) and Tafsir Nemuneh for doing several analyses. Furthermore, some of the historic sources such as "Complete History of Ebn Sirin" and "Sociology Thought" have been used in order to complete the study. In this article, different kinds of migration are investigated according to Quran after surveying the lexical and conceptual meaning of "migration", and then, the significance of migration is reviewed.
