It is difficult to balance long travel and high precision, especially in multi-coordinate machining. A stage with nanometer positioning precision is established and the control technologies are studied. Micro-EDM provides the potential feasibility for the nano-scale precision machining. The micro-EDM transmission modular is applied to to complete the discharge process of the servo in the experiment system, which improves the processing efficiency and the processing quality. The strategy is one part of micro-EDM machine control system, which greatly enhances the positioning accuracy. Results show that the system works well. The system also has many advantages such as quick response, being smooth, ultra low speed and super resolution etc, and meets the needs of micro-EDM control. The research provides a new solution for the design of precision location stages.

The performance of bluespotted rays was emulated in the design of a bioinspired underwater propulsor in the present work. First, the movement of a live bluespotted ray was captured for the swimming mode and useful information to the biomimetic mechanism design. By virtue of the modular and reconfigurable design concept, an undulatory fin propulsion prototype was developed. With a proper experimental set-up, orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of various fin design parameters on the propulsion speed, thrust, and power of the fish robot. The controllable fin parameters include frequency, amplitude, wavelength, fin shape, and undulatory mode. The significance of these parameters was also determined by using the variance analysis. The results demonstrate that the designed propulsor, imitating bluespotted rays with large expanded undulatory fins, is able to propel itself by changing various kinematic parameters. © 2012 Jilin University.


A highly specific and sensitive method for glucose quantification in human serum samples based on on-column enzymatic assay is described. In this method, the head of the capillary was used as a nanoliter-microreactor, the diluted samples spiked with a novel fluorogenic reagent named 2-[6-(4′-amino) phenoxy-3H-xanthen-3-on-9-yl] benzoic acid (APF), and the mixed enzyme solutions of glucose oxidase (GOx) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP), were individually injected into the capillary. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) generated in situ by catalytic reaction between GOx and glucose, activates APF in the presence of HRP to form a highly fluorescent product, which was electrophoretically separated from the unreacted APF and detected by the LIF detector. The proposed method allowed the determination of glucose down to 10 nM in real samples, with RSD values lower than 3.5%, which also has the potential for measurements of multicomponents in many other systems including measurement of α-glucosidase activity and screening for its inhibitors. © 2016 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. This article introduces ensemble learning algorithms in recommender systems, and in boosting algorithm framework of this article, shows how to filter the basic recommendation algorithm according to the characteristics of boosting algorithm. By comparing the rational choice of the two recommended boosting algorithm is applied to the frame. And then it determines the main parameters of the algorithm through the experiments, ultimately to obtain a more effective integration of the recommendation algorithm. Experimental results on Netflix validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The effects of Gd on microstructure of AZ71 magnesium alloy were studied by optical microscope, SEM and X-ray diffraction analyzer. The results show that the alloy mainly contained α-Mg matrix, eutectic α(Mg)+β(Mg17Al12) phase and Al2Gd phase. The microstructure of alloy was refined and homogeneous by Gd. The volume fraction of β phase is decreased with the addition of Gd, and the β-phase are congregated and coarsened with the excessive Gd. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This paper focuses on the hierarchical control system of previously developed robotic stingray that consists of PC, DSP and bottom controller, achieved direction control and velocity control of the biomimetic stingray like propulsor. Finally, an experiment was carried out to investigate the influence of fin kinematic parameters (such as frequency, amplitude and wavelength) on propulsion speed of the stingray, followed by variance analysis. The experimental results illustrate that the biomimetic stingray like propulsor works well under the control of the hierarchical control system. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The author describes tooth profile formatting mechanism of spherical involute spiral bevel gear based on Principles of Gear conjugate, establishes the mathematical model of spiral bevel gears. The precise spherical involute of spiral bevel gears is generated with parametric modeling idea and th secondary development method based on PROGRAM of PRO/E software. User profiling technology is discussed based on the diversity and randomness of user demands. The key technologies, which include profile initialization and updating, are researched. The user profile is expressed in form of vector space model. It's built using centroid-based classification method. User's browsing behaviors are analyzed to get feedback implicitly, calculating the documents degrees. A periodic adaptive learning mechanism based on Rocchio algorithm is put forward. The profile's capability to dynamic track user needs is verified using satisfaction as evaluation indicator in experiments. © 2010 IEEE.

With the development of economic globalization, the cultivation of business English Translators should follow the principle of compound talents training mode and improve the overall quality of the talent of business English translators. Business translation training plan has shortage of teaching content and lacks cross-cultural communication training program. Its teaching mission objectives is not new and business professional competence of teachers are not enough and the teaching method is too traditional and curriculum is unreasonable. Based on this situation, the paper does the digitization DRM solutions using the DRM digital control program based on multivariate intelligent teaching reform program of talent training. This paper establishes and develops the ODRL talent model and achieves the segmentation description and dynamic segmentation authorization of tasks and contents of business English translation courses. It also achieves the secondary development of DRM under the ODRL control model and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the translators training mode using the teaching effect evaluation method of OpenAPI, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the reform of business English training model. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to improve the cutting surface reconstruction algorithm, which needs a large amount of calculation, and to obtain higher quality of reconstruction surface, processing research of image segmentation surface reconstruction algorithm is proposed based on multi-scale analysis. Through the analysis of the surface reconstruction algorithm and process steps based on multi-scale graph cut, the energy function is constructed, and maps it to the 3 d figure of edge and vertex weights, so as to construct a graph cut extraction matrix and interpolation matrix. In order to further verify the performance of the algorithm, comparative analyses of the experiment tests of the triangle network was implemented through c + +. The results show that under the same conditions, this algorithm's computation speed is faster than the narrow band graph cut algorithm, its effect of rebuilding the figure cut will be better, and can get reconstruction surface of higher quality. © 2013 Academy Publisher.
