Based on the research achievements in modern metal-forming processes and empirical equations, the reasonable technology parameters for tube upsetting production was brought forward and calculated, and the process of tube end thickening was simulated and analyzed with mathematical analysis. The correctness and feasibility of the mathematical model was verified by comparing the simulation and experimental results.
