Microstructure, mechanical properties and the content of different types of texture were investigated by means of TEM, tensile test and XRD. After cold rolling of 73% overall reduction and annealing at 700°C for 4h, yield strength, tensile strength and r value of 2# sample is 28MPa higher, 19MPa higher and 0.24 lower than those of 1# sample. The results show that the content of the texture of {111} for 1# sample increases obviously after the cold rolling and annealing process, the content of texture of Goss decreases, and texture strength of {100} increases after the cold rolling process and decreases after the annealing process obviously. The precipitation of Al2O3 particles in 2# sample during the annealing process inhibits the precipitation of AlN particles, changes the mechanism of nucleation as nuclear particle shape. The increasing texture content of {100} and Goss, decreasing texture content of {111}, reducing value of r after annealing, which are not beneficial to deep-drawing performance. At the same time, small Al2O3 particles causes fine-grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening, and yield strength and tensile strength obviously increase. Source

Microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled and annealed low carbon Al-killed steel sheets with different reduction were investigated by means of OM, XRD and tensile test. The test sample was rolled by single stand reversing mill. When the cold rolling reduction of the steel increases from 52% to 80%, the mechanical properties of low carbon Al-killed steel sheets are as follow: yield strength is 187-211 MPa, tensile strength is 284-294 MPa, ratio of yield strength to tensile strength is 0.66-0.72, elongation is 38%-43%, n value is 0.23-0.24, r value is 1.13-1.36 and |Δr| value is 0.39-0.65. The results show that rescrystallization grain size becomes small and even, storted energy increases, γ fiber texture forms and develops fully with the increasing of cold rolling reduction. When the reduction of cold rolling rises to a certain degree, the increased speed of {111} texture reduces and negative {100} texture increases considerably. The result of the comprehensive function is that, when the cold rolling reduction is 68%, r value reaches the peak and |Δr| value is relatively small, deep drawability of the steel sheets is the best. Microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled and annealed low carbon Al-killed steel sheets were investigated by means of OM, XRD and tensile test. The test steel sheets were rolled by a single stand reversing mill, the cold rolling reduction of the steel sheets is 68%, and the annealing temperature is in the range of 660°C to 720°C. The mechanical properties of the steel sheets after annealing treatment are as follows: Yield strength is 201-212 MPa, tensile strength is 278-311 MPa, ratio of yield strength to tensile strength is 0.68-0.72, elongation is 38%-42%, n value is 0.21-0.24, r value is 1.25-1.58 and |Δr| value is 0.39-0.78. The results show that annealing temperature has significant effects on yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, |Δr| and r value of the test steel sheets. With the increasing annealing temperature, the recrystallized grain size, the cake degree of grains, and γ fiber texture increase gradually. When the annealing temperature is raised to 720°C, |Δr| value is the largest, the grain size is uneven, and the tensile strength is decreases evidently. The result indicates that the deep drawability of the test steel sheets is the best when the annealing temperature is in the range of 680-700°C. Source
