The microwave drying principle, mass transfer process and heat transfer process were studied. The different wool tops were dried in the microwave drier and the experiment results were analysized. According to the technology experiment, which indicate that the microwave drying technology can be used to drying wool tops. After microwave drying, the moisture among the wool tops was more even and with a high drying efficiency and quality. When the wool tops were dried in a ball type as a unit, the temperature of the wool top in the center of the ball was higher than 80 °C, and the surface was covered with a thin water layer; when the loose wool top was dried, the feeling was fluffier, and the temperature was lower than 40 °C. Compared with the energy consumption, the single layer is higher than the multilayer (6∼8 layer).

Provided in the present invention are a vat cover automatic locking apparatus and a spooled yarn dyeing machine comprising the apparatus. The vat cover automatic locking apparatus is arranged between a vat cover (1) and a vat (2). Arranged on the vat cover (1) are teeth (12) that are uniformly distributed along a circumference. A hoop (21) holding the vat cover (1) is arranged on the upper-end of the vat (2). The hoop (21) is provided with an annular groove for accommodating the teeth (12) and with an annular flange arranged above the annular groove. The annular flange is provided thereon with grooves (213) matching the teeth (12). Also comprised are: a boom (3), arranged above the vat cover (1), pivotly connected at a first end to the vat cover (1), and pivotly connected at a second end to the hoop (21); a driving device having a driving end, where the driving end is connected to a location on the vat cover (1) deviated from the central axis of the vat cover (1) to drive the vat cover (1) to rotate around the central axis of the vat cover (1), thereby locking or unlocking the vat cover (1). The present invention saves labour, has great production efficiency, reduces labour costs, increases the levels of mechanization and automation for the apparatus, and facilitates implementation of automated production.

The disclosure provides a yarn cage conveyor equipment, comprising: a first beam, which is arranged on a guide rail and can move along the guide rail; a second beam, which is moveably arranged on the first beam and can move along the first beam; a mechanical gripper, which is arranged on the second beam and comprises a telescoping mechanism and a grab mechanism connected with the telescoping mechanism; a position detection unit, which is used for detecting the positions of the first beam and the second beam; and a control device, which is used for controlling the movements of the first beam, the second beam and the mechanical gripper according to the position information detected by the position detection unit. The disclosure can realize the automatic conveyance of yarn cage through the control device and the mechanical gripper, thereby improving the production efficiency and safety of dyeing production and reducing labour cost.

According to dyeing industry cheese centrifugal dewatering efficiency and continuous production problems, it designed and implemented a two-basket continuous cheese dehydrator. Tht dewatering machine by improving the cheese centrifugal dewatering core components : the dewatering machine inner tank, yarn rod and the slider. Compared with traditional dehydrator, the dewatering machine has several key advantages: small amount of deformation and low labor intensity of workers. Combined with the automatic control technology, increased the PLC control and inverter drive, so that i has several key advantages: a short dewatering time, high speed dewatering, flexible acceleration anc deceleration, easy to operate. At present, the dewatering machine has been applied in the cheese dyeing industry, has a good application prospect.

With the introduction of the TP600 rapier loom, it largely improves the weaving field with higher degree of automation, it also has a stimulus for improving the quality of the textile products. Combining practice with experience, the article elaborates synchronization work principle of lubricating system and oil pressure testing device of the TP600 rapier loom, and elaborates the application field, working principle, DPDT, transform product, advantage and the attentions for detail. The way uses the reed switches quickly makes the oil pressure testing sensor. With the picture and its accompanying essay, it makes the detail information about the the dismantle of the oil pressure testing device, the chosing for the reed switches,welding,assemble and experiment and so on. It has been found that this way using the reed switches to make the testing sensor is directly and practicable. This way is helpful for breaking down the technical blockade, improving the product quality, reducing the cost and increasing the economic benefit.
