In this paper, we established the methods to classify and represent the concept-design knowledge and developed an ontology-based model presenting the design knowledge as well as a model for modeling cycles. In this paper, BVO-T/rGO composite was successfully synthesized through hydrothermal method and ultraviolet irradiation. The structure and physicochemical properties of the materials were characterized by means of the XRD, FE-SEM, HRTEM, Raman, and UV–Vis techniques. The photocatalytic performance of as-synthesized samples was evaluated by photodegradation of RhB under visible light irradiation. It is shown that BiVO4 is a truncate octahedron-like morphology with (040) facet exposed and is tightly wrapped by rGO. The Raman spectrum of BVO-T/rGO shows two characteristic bands, which is corresponding to the D band and G band of rGO, respectively. After combining with rGO, the composite shows much higher photocatalytic performance. The possible formation mechanisms of such multiple morphological BiVO4 materials have also been discussed. © 2016 Springer Science+Business Media New York Source

The constrained independent component analysis (cICA) provides a general framework to incorporate the prior information. To overcome the unstable problem encountered in the cICA algorithm of [2], an improved method is proposed in this letter by using the reference based unmixing matrix initialization. Compared to the original algorithm, the prior information of references is not only used in the contrast function, but also used in the initialization. The e-service quality metric needs continued development and validation when measuring customer's satisfaction and loyalty in internet banking environment. This study use E-S-QUAL scales and D&M IS success model to design the research model, to assess a internet banking loyalty model, a set of empirical data including 405 usable questionnaires were collected by online survey to test estimates in the model. The main findings are as follows: 1) the research supported that the four e-SERVQUAL dimensions - efficiency, fulfillment, system availability and privacy are the determinants of Chinese internet banking service quality. 2) System quality, electronic service quality and information quality all have a positive effect on customer perceived value and customer satisfaction. 3) E-service quality has both direct effect on customer loyalty and indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer perceived value and customer satisfaction. © 2010 IEEE. In this work, a systematic research on the relationship between the CdS crystalline structures and pH value of the solution and annealing treatments for the CdS thin films were carried out. CdS thin films were deposited on ITO substrates by chemical bath deposition methods at a certain bath temperature, in which the CdAc2 and H2NCSNH2 were used as starting materials. During the reactions, NH3H2O was used to control pH value of the solutions. Morphological, structural and optical properties of the CdS films were investigated using scanning electron microcopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction and UV-vis spectrophotometer, respectively. As the pH value increased up to 10.5, CdS film showed the best crystallinity accordingly. From the diffraction patterns, the crystallite sizes were found to increase with increasing annealing temperature. The obvious blue-shift of those annealed with CdCl2 compared with those directly annealed was conducive to improve the efficiency of CdS/CdTe solar cell. © 2015 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.
