Polycarboxylic acid anti-crease finishing agent is used to finish silk. The optimal finishing process was selected through orthogonal experiment. The optimal process conditions were as follows. The optimal concentration of both finishing agent Y and magnesium chloride was 100g/L. The optimal baking temperature and baking time were 160 °C and 3min, respectively. The results show that the silk fabrics treated by finishing agent Y had high strength retention and washing fastness. In addition, the effect of ant-crease finishing on the whiteness of fabrics was small. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This article through to the mainstream of six kind of strings on the market through instrument to proceed comparison test. The experimental results show that between domestic and foreign badminton lines, there is an obvious gap on elasticity, wear resistance, shock resistance, resistance to fracture. After comprehensive the above several factors comparison,the overall price ratio is lower and difficult to meet the needs of the professional athletes. As the routing protocol can greatly influence the energy consumption of the sensor nodes in research field of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we present a novel distributed hash table based routing algorithm for wireless sensor networks. Distributed hash table is a kind of distributed memory approach, of which the single node can be expanded to the whole Internet. Particularly, each node is controlled by a part of the whole resource space, and the related index information can be saved on it. In the proposed routing algorithm, each node in wireless sensor networks can be allocated an ID using hash functions. Afterwards, each node maintains a routing table, and then the selective information can be transmitted through the routing table. Next, we present a modified finger table named speedup finger table, and then used it in the wireless sensor networks routing algorithm. Finally, we design a series of experiments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with the existing related works, the proposed routing algorithm is effective and can obviously reduce the energy consumption. © 2014 IEEE.

Humic acids (HA) that are one of the major organic components in natural water play an important role in water treatment because they can interact with metals, trace organics, and chlorine while generating toxic complexes and by-products. In this work, photocatalytic degradation of HA and its kinetic behavior were investigated in a photocatalytic microfiltration (MF) system, along with evaluation of membrane permeability at different fluxes. The mechanisms of adsorption and desorption of HA on TiO2 surfaces were elucidated with adsorption isotherm tests of HA before and after photocatalysis of humic water. The kinetic parameters for humic acids, k (rate constant) and K (equilibrium adsorption coefficient) of the Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation, were obtained based on mass balances in continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) operations. Regarding membrane fouling, it was assumed that the rate of degree of fouling is disproportional to the fouling resistance. It was found that the fouling rate constant started increasing substantially when the flux increased to a level of greater than 50 L/m2-h. This indicated that the photocatalytic MF system should be operated at a flux below the critical value to prevent serious membrane fouling. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

As the global industry transfers from industrial economy to service economy, the labor demand for modern services keeps increasing. The research reviews labor demand theories and its various incidence impacts, and carries out forecast research and incidence research of the number of people engaged in services in the future in China by using Grey Systems and analyzes the dynamic tendency of labor demand factors for modern services between 2001 and 2010 in China. Finally, it draws the conclusion that labor demand for modern services of China keeps increasing and in the future, China should vigorously cultivate service-oriented talents of high-tech and diplomatic quality. © 2015 IEEE.

Staff turnover is one of the most pressing problems in enterprises' staff management. The former studies on the problem of staff turnover did not succeed timely in the managing, supervising and preventing of the staff on the production line that have great turnover flow. Taking the staff data of the chain retail stores of the C-R Group as an example, collecting all the information of the staff at some city in east China in 2014, this research established a mining database (N=5277). What's more, it adopted the C4.5 decision tree of a data-mining to research the staffs' turnover situation of the enterprise's stores. Six rules of the turnover of staff in the stores are obtained by calculation, then the results were tested with the non-repetitive verification database (N=1066) by percentage comparison. There were no-significant differences between the two databases to all six rules. According to the result of the research, the reason and precautions of the staff turnover of this enterprise are explored. At the same time, it is recommended that the data mining technology can be further applied and developed in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). © 2015 IEEE.

Gardenia yellow was applied to dye silk by mordant and direct dyeing methods. The post-mordanting dyeing exhibited the highest color depth. The effects of the categories and dosages of mordant, and the temperature, pH and time of mordanting on the color depth of the dyed silk were discussed in the post-mordanting process. Results showed that the satisfactory color depth was achieved when zinc sulfate was used as a mordant. Additionally, a low dosage of mordant, low mordanting temperature and a weakly acid medium were found to give good dyeing effects. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The application of a fluorine-containing water and oil repellent to cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics was investigated. The influence of dosage of the water and oil repellent, curing temperature and time, and pH of application on water and oil repellencies was discussed to determine the optimized finishing process. In addition, some physical properties of finished fabrics were tested. The results showed that the two fabrics finished with the fluorine-containing water and oil repellent at a low dosage exhibited good water and oil repellencies, and the inherent quality of the fabrics had not been adversely affected. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Internet of things and cloud computing service platform architecture is analyzed, and is mass sensor information processing scheme is put forward for the Internet of things. Processing system model of sensing information is proposed and multiple functional unit modules of the system are designed, and combining the function unit can realize the configured service, facing tens of thousands of service and tenants. Structure model of parallel processing is also investigated. The experiment results show that operation time of proposed scheme decreases with increase of data. © 2015 IEEE.
