The paper analyses potentials, challenges and problems of the rural tourism from the point of view of its impact on sustainable rural development. It explores alternative sources of income for rural people by means of tourism and investigates effects of the rural tourism on agricultural production in local rural communities. The aim is to identify the existing and potential tourist attractions within the rural areas in Southern Russia and to provide solutions to be introduced in particular rural settlements in order to make them attractive for tourists. The paper includes the elaboration and testing of a methodology for evaluating the rural tourism potentials using the case of rural settlements of Stavropol Krai, Russia. The paper concludes with a ranking of the selected rural settlements according to their rural tourist capacity and substantiation of the tourism models to be implemented to ensure a sustainable development of the considered rural areas. © 2015 by the author. Designing of the training environment with expected qualities is considered as a multidimensional technology of Didactic design, which represents the aggregate of methodology and designing tools, and also methods and designing organization means. The functional model of the training environment development as a Didactic system and the tool of its realization - the logic-semantic model of a Didactic cycle are presented in the article. These models orient a teacher in search of new ways of solving training problems in the changing conditions of the educational practice. © 2013 IEEE. Source

The aim of this research is to develop the technology of food supplement with preventional properties, made out of red grapes berries peel. The authors studied chemical constitution and molecular properties of red grapes berries peel flavonoids. On the basis of obtained results and planning matrix implementation the authors developed the antioxidant food supplement technology, consisting in extracting tartaric acids and sugars with the help of a polar solvent with subsequent dissociating of the solution and drying of prepared berries peel. The authors researched chemical constitution, functional technological properties and safety profile of the food antioxidant supplement. Source

The current period of market transformations reveals the tightest interrelationship of rational nature management with environmental conservation and resolving the issue of funding this area. Proper funding is a crucial condition for resolving environmental issues. At present, Russia and its regions have a disjointed financialeconomic nature management mechanism consisting of separate structural units. This mechanism comprises the following elements: drawing up ecological programs and forecasts, providing financial support for nature conservation activities, pricing the output of extractive industry sectors, and levying fees for a negative impact on the environment and the use of its natural resources. The low efficiency of this mechanism has been a precondition for taking measures aimed at activating the separate units of the existing financial mechanism for rational nature management and environmental conservation.
