The paper presents two algorithms median smoothing time series. These algorithms are finite procedures. The number of steps of the algorithms defined volume time series. Use these algorithms do not require computation and presents the trend using local medians. An important moment in behalf of the offered algorithms of median filtration is that it is not used the subjective factor, for example, a choice of the window size, quantities of iterations or any other parameters. The procedure of median filtration is connected only with concrete quantity of levels of a time series, and paired or unpaired of their quantity has no basic value. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

When using an accelerating metal-lamellar cylindrical lens to increase the signal level towards the remote subscriber of the wireless access system, a shadowing effect can be exerted on users outside the main lobe of the radiation pattern of this lens. The report presents the results of an experimental study of the field structure in the azimuth directions, different from the axis of the lens, oriented to the priority subscriber. The characteristics of the developed and manufactured softwarehardware model, including metal-lamellar lens; a device for generating a data packet and emitting a signal; set of receiving sensors; the necessary software for the collection and processing of results. The measurements carried out under typical conditions showed that the "shading" sector estimated by (signal + noise) / noise ratio for the lens starts at about 6° with respect to the lens axis and ends at 30°. © 2017 IEEE.

Millimeter-wave communication systems, unlike, for example, classical ones operating in the decimeter wave band, have fundamental differences related to the formation, radiation, propagation properties and signal losses. A new quasi-optical approach to the estimation of the energy losses of the millimeter wave (MMW) radiation and antenna amplification is proposed in the article. Such method makes it possible to construct a loss and interference model for the millimeter wave band (MMB) under conditions of direct visibility over greater than one kilometer distances and multipath propagation models in small cells of mobile systems in urban conditions. © 2017 IEEE.

The number of controlled points and their location have been explained. The analysis of phase-difference modulation features in case ofdefined type of transmission system and noise type was performed. Interference resistance comparison analysis was carried out forsystems, which use phase-difference modulation, regarding additiveinterference, in condition when systems parameters are variable. Assystems which use phase difference modulation of different ordersshould use corresponding communication systems with constant orvariable parameters, such systems are investigated. The research ofinvariance of the system with variable parameters to additive interference, shaped as harmonic fluctuation with random amplitude, frequency and phase was conducted. Logical scheme of complexsignals receiver of phase-difference modulated signals, which aredivided into data flows, which are processed in parallel was reviewed. Implementation of phase difference modulation in modern communicationsystems can bring great benefits for radio networks, which isused for communication with mobile customer terminals. Dependingon which interference types are common to the radio network, differencemodulation implementation will provide invariance to them, sosystems with variable or constant parameters, which use correspondingphase-shift modulation order should be used. The conclusion wasmade related to the interference resistance of phase-difference modulatedsignals, in the case of signal characteristics are prior known andchange linearly. Usage of phase-difference modulation would grantimmunity to the Doppler effect, and focused interference, and thiswill allow to increase the signal interference immunity for mobileterminals. Received results should be used for further developmentof modern communication systems, which use orthogonal frequencydivision multiplexing.

We study the dependence of the optical fibre lifetime on the tension. A method for calculating the elongation of the optical fibre depending on the bending radius is proposed. The present paper suggests a method of external modulation by an optical modulator of laser. Permissible speed of a modulating signal of Corning-10-A modulator is 10.5 Gbit/s and overall speed of all service signals is 4G in Interactive Heterodyne Transport Network (for 2000 kinds of service, 12 Mbit/s for each service) is 24 Gbit/s in total. This contradiction can be solved by application of the principles of the organization of technology TDMA for signals provided by OFDM technology. © 2014 CriMiCo'2014 Organizing Committee, CrSTC.
