Aggregation morphology and microscopic ordered characteristics of a novel organic-inorganichybrid material (3-BrC3 H6NH3)2CuBr4 thin-film with perovskite structure were studied. Hall mobility test showed that the perovskite was p-type semiconductor with a hole mobility of 0.0025 cm2 • -1 • s-1. The perovskite had good spectral response in the UV-Vis range with good complementarity with C60. Planar heterojunctions consisting of (3-BrC3 H6NH3)2 CuBr4/C60 were fabricated to study the charge transport and photovoltaic performance. The effects of annealing temperature and aggregation morphology of the films on the performance of the photovoltaic prototype were also investigated. The results showed that the best performance of the devices was obtained after the low temperature annealing treatment, which led to an ordered organic array in the perovskite. Source
