The fluid flow field of the melt volume 600 t/d pure oxy-fuel firing float glass furnace was simulated. The differences between the temperature field and velocity field on the surface of glass flow, the center line of the furnace and the bottom were simulated and studied in the pure oxy-fuel firing float glass furnace with multi-stage bottom mesa and the bottom without mesa of the air-fuel firing float glass furnace. It provides a kind of mathematical basis and reference model for the fluid flow field stability study, glass melt bubbles to clarify, glass side stripe and four main glass fluid circulations of the pure oxy-fuel firing float glass furnace, etc. Finally, We put forward the improvement measures on the basis of the simulation study, making the side stripe disorder phenomenon in pure oxy-fuel firing float glass furnace production obviously improved. ©, 2014, Wuhan University of Technology.
