Information on the World Wide Web (WWW) is growing every second by second. This vast growth causes huge amount of information on the web. Out of which, seekers seek their required information. Researchers are continuously focusing toward the satisfaction of user's requirement in Information retrieval. This is an emerging and interesting area where the data mining techniques is being applied. Web mining is the application of data mining, which includes web content mining, web usage mining and web structure mining. Personalization is one of the applications of web usage mining and which is helpful to provide the user required information in an efficient manner. In this paper, we will discuss on various techniques used in web user personalization and conclude the paper with our findings on current web scenario and what is expected on future work. © 2014 IEEE.

Nowadays, the banking and financial systems have been totally changed due to the environment and globalization changes and competition of business services (Majid Karimzadeh and Dastgir Alam, 2012). Web Banking or Internet Banking is used to describe banking transactions through internet application. But there are many security problems like fraudulent websites, fake emails from banks, capturing user IDs and passwords, hacking personal bank accounts and steal money etc. To overcome these problems, this research paper gives a solution through novel algorithm with finger print recognition. © 2014 IEEE.

In the present study deals with the wound healing activity of Red and Black coloured seed, White colour seed of Abrus precatorius L. (Fabaceae). The seed crude extract and methanol insoluble fractions of white form resulted in early wound healing activity in with and without infection. This wound healing activity due to the presence of gums, mucilages, tannins or phenolic compounds in the seeds. The results of the antimicrobial studies are promising and further support the effectiveness of the seed extracts and fraction in controlling the infection in vivo.

Biometric systems are subjected to a variety of attacks. Stored biometric template attack is very severe compared to all other attacks. Providing security to biometric templates is an important issue in building a reliable personal identification system. Multi biometric systems are more resistive towards spoof attacks compared to unibiometric counterpart. This work provides security and revocability to iris and fingerprint templates using password hardened multimodal biometric fuzzy vault. Password hardening provides security and revocability to biometric templates. Security of the vault is measured in terms of min-entropy. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2010.

Multicast communication in mobile adhoc networks is challenging due to its inherent characteristics of infrastructure-less architecture with lack of central authority, limited resources such as bandwidth, time, energy and power. Many emerging commercial and military applications require secure multicast communication in adhoc environments. Moreover, mobile nodes are often power constrained so that energy conservation is also an important issue on multicast key distribution. This paper evaluates the energy conservation of a new approach of multicast key distribution called cluster based multicast tree algorithm with multicast destination sequenced distance vector routing protocol to provide reliable and efficient energy conservation of multicast key distribution. Simulation results in NS2 accurately predict the performance of proposed scheme in terms of energy consumption and end to end delay rate under varying network conditions. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
