This work describes a new model of phase locked loop (PLL), which is based on the measurement and processing of the common time interval of the input and output periods. In the class of the time recursive PLL, this PLL is the simplest one for the realization. PLL is described by three output variables. All mathematical analyses are performed using the Z transform approach. The region of parameters for the stable system is presented. Depending on the choice of the system parameters, PLL can be used as the powerful and precise phase shifter in the noise rejection applications, in the applications with short or adapted transient time and in others. Computer simulation of PLL is made to enable better insight into the PLL properties. The realization of PLL is described. © 2016, Editura Academiei Romane. All rights reserved.


This paper describes development, analysis, implementation and application of one recursive Frequency Locked Loop (FLL) based on the measurement and processing of the periods of the input and output signals. FLL is the linear discrete system of the first order, which regulates its output once per the input period. The FLL parameters are defined by the frequencies of three clocks. These frequencies have to be mutually in defined relationship for the stable FLL. FLL provides a wide range of properties useful for different applications. The stability and the other conditions, under which the described system can have the properties of a FLL, are investigated using the Z transform analyses. Using mathematical analyses and the simulations of this FLL it is shown that, for the corresponding system parameters, FLL possesses the power noise rejection ability. This FLL can also be used for the different predicting and tracking applications, for the measurements of the frequency of the input signal in the noise environments and for the other applications. The oscilloscope picture of the characterized input and output signals, recorded on the realized FLL, is presented. © 2016, KoREMA. All rights reserved.

This paper describes a new type of Recursive Phase Locked Loop (PLL) of the first order. The PLL is a linear discrete system described by two recursive equations. The hardware implementation of PLL is described. Different analyses of PLL parameters are made. Computer simulation of PLL is introduced in order to give better insight into the PLL characteristics and to confirm the mathematical analyses, too. Made analysis shows that PLL is suitable for different applications. Precise digital phase shifting of pulse rate is one of the applications which is described. The picture of the input and output pulse rates, recorded on the simulated PLL by professional software package "Multisim", is presented.

This paper presents a simulation model for the optimization of assistants’ and technicians’ engagement in a university teaching process. This model enables us to obtain the values of important parameters for the analysis of the process; even in the case of complex processes at large university departments, which cannot be easily analyzed using analytical methods. In the case when the number of technicians available is not sufficient to process all generated requests of professors and assistants, the assistants take over the processing of the requests, which cannot be processed immediately by the technicians. The characteristics of the system are compared for three different situations: when all technicians are processing the requests of all assistants and all professors; when technicians and assistants are separated in smaller groups; and when the technicians are processing only the requests of the professors and the assistants from their group. © 2016, Revista Ingenieria e Investigacion - Editorial Board. The presence of these devices has made the cash available 24/7 but at the same time contributed to the cash still remains the most common payment instrument. There are a lot of manufacturers of software packages necessary for their work. This paper analyzes their representation in Central and Eastern Europe, which includes the Serbian. © 2012 IEEE.

This article describes a modern design of PC based virtual system for the qualitative differential thermal analysis (DTA), dedicated to laboratory investigations-determining the phase transformation temperatures for binary, ternary and other systems of the metal alloys. Complete design is devided in two parts: acquisition hardware based on the PIC MCU and graphical user interface developed under LabView IDE. Obtained experimental results show a very good agreement with the measured reference values and high precision of the proposed system.

A new approach to consumption peak load control is shortly presented. The realized system is dedicated to those electricity customers, who use device "maxigraph" for the measurement of the maximum average consumption power during 15 minutes. Particular significance in this description was given to the decoding and to the prediction of energy state. The decoding and prediction are used for optimal control of the consumption peak load. The described principles are demonstrated on the graphics, recorded on the realized system.
