The present invention discloses a cooling device for cooling a wind turbine generator system as well as the wind turbine generator system, wherein the cooling device comprises: a first cooling circuit used for sealing and cycling a first coolant and comprising a first inflow pipeline, one or more heat-absorbing units, a first outflow pipeline and a heat dissipation unit which are in fluid communication with each other in sequence, and the heat dissipation unit being connected to the first inflow pipeline and thus forming the first cooling circuit to be circulatory, and a second cooling circuit used for cooling the heat dissipation unit of the first cooling circuit, a second coolant being adopted by the second cooling circuit and taking away the heat in the heat dissipation unit, so that a first gaseous coolant in the heat dissipation unit is transformed into a first liquid coolant.


The present invention discloses a wind turbine generator as well as a parameter acquisition system and a method thereof The acquiring system comprises: at least one sensor, arranged in the hub of the wind turbine generator and configured to acquire environment operation parameters of the hub, and a data processing module, comprising a parameter acquisition unit, a parameter reading unit and a storage unit, wherein the parameter acquisition unit is connected with each sensor and configured to obtain environment operation parameters acquired by the each sensor; the parameter reading unit is connected with pitch drivers in the wind turbine generator and configured to read load characteristic parameters of the pitch drivers; the storage unit is connected with the parameter acquisition unit and the parameter reading unit and configured to store the environment operation parameters and load characteristic parameters. With the acquiring system arranged in the wind turbine generator of the present invention, relevant data of wheel-hub environment and the pitch load characteristics can be acquired in real time, and hence simulation test environment of the pitch system in a workshop can be improved.

The invention provides a power control method and a power control system for a wind generating set. The method comprises: acquiring an actual torque T_(N) and a preset torque T_(M) of the wind generating set; and judging whether a first PID controller and a second PID controller of the wind generating set need to be simultaneously operated according to the actual torque T_(N) and the preset torque T_(M), and if so, simultaneously operating the first PID controller and the second PID controller. According to the power control method and the power control system for the wind generating set, by judging whether the first PID controller and the second PID controller of the wind generating set need to be simultaneously operated in real time, flicker of the wind generating set can be reduced, and the wind generating set can work in a state as close to an optimal state as possible.


A vessel for transporting and hoisting offshore wind generating set comprises a vessel body (7), a plurality of fixing brackets (1), first racks (31), second racks (32), a buffer device (5), a rotary crane (6) and a winding device (4). A U-shaped opening for a wind generator (8) passing there through is provided at the stern of the vessel body (7). The fixing brackets (1) are arranged in two rows in parallel, the bottom of which is fixed onto the deck inside the vessel body. The first racks (31) are mounted on the top of each row of the fixing brackets (1). The second racks (32) are mounted on the inner side of the two rows of the fixing brackets (1) on the deck. The second racks (32) are in parallel with the first racks (31). A hanging beam (2) slidably cooperated with the first racks (31) is provided on the body of the wind generator (8). The buffer device (5) is fixed to the bottom of the wind generator (8) and slidably cooperated with the second racks (32). The rotary crane (6) is fixed on top of two sides of the U-shaped opening. The winding device (4) is mounted on the stem of the vessel body. An offshore wind generating set transporting and hoisting method using a vessel for transporting and hoisting offshore wind generating set is also disclosed. The invention enables the wind generating set to be integrally transported and hoisted.

The present invention provides a method of applying a pre-tightening force on an anchor bolt, which comprises: installing washers with a predetermined dimension between tower flange and fastening nuts, the washers are configured to support the supporting bridge of tensioner; applying a pre-tightening force on the anchor bolts in an inner ring and the anchor bolts in an outer ring installed on the tower flange with the tensioners. According to the present invention, the method of applying a pre-tightening force on an anchor bolt adopts the washer with a predetermined dimension to replace the conventional washer, such that the tensioner will not directly contact the surface of tower flange, and pressure of the tensioner is transmitted uniformly to tower flange via the washer, avoiding damage to paint on the surface of tower flange and improving installation quality and service life of the tower.


A multifunctional platform of a wind power generating unit and a blade disassembling method are disclosed. The multifunctional platform comprises: a platform frame (1) which includes a base (11) having an annular center hole (10) and two parallel arms (12) extending from one side of the base (11); a hoist mechanism (2) which includes at least three traction devices (21) and moves the platform up and down; a plurality of tower clamping mechanisms (4) which are fixed around the circumference of the annular center hole (10) of the platform frame (1) and prevents the platform frame (1) from rotating; a moving dolly (5) which slides on the two arms (12); two blade adjusting pedestals (6) which are respectively provided on the protruding ends of the two arms (12); two set of blade drawing mechanisms (8), one end of each set of blade drawing mechanism (8) is respectively connected with one blade adjusting pedestal (6). The blade disassembling method comprises: lifting the multifunctional platform to an appropriate height of the tower (9) by the hoist mechanism (2); tying sling ropes at three positions of a blade (91); disassembling the blade (91) and lowering it to a transport ship by a crane ship, a fan maintenance crane (92) and the blade drawing mechanisms (8).


A protection device for an offshore support platform (1), comprising at least two protection rings (3) arranged with top and bottom spacing, the protection rings are configured to surround the periphery of the support columns (2) of the offshore support platform. An offshore support platform, comprising a support platform (1) and a support column (2), the upper end of the support column is connected to the support platform, the lower end of the support column is inserted into the seabed; the offshore support platform further comprises the aforementioned protection device, and the protection rings (3) of the protection device are connected to the support column. In the protection device and offshore support platform according to the present invention, the interaction between the protection rings (3) and a wave can change the motion of water particles, thus significantly reducing the height of wave, reducing the energy of wave, and thereby weakening intensity of wave load on the support column of the offshore support platform and improving the stability of offshore support platform and operation safety of offshore wind turbine generator system.

The system comprises a wind generating set model simulation module, which is configured to simulate a wind generating set model to acquire wind generating set model simulation data; a wind generating set sample assessment module, which is configured to assess wind generating set samples to acquire wind generating set sample assessment data; a wind generating set assessment module, which is configured to assess the vibration and the load of the wind generating set to acquire wind generating set assessment data; and a wind generating set expert analysis system, which is configured to analyze the wind generating set sample assessment data, the wind generating set model simulation data and the wind generating set assessment data to acquire an assessment result. The invention can be used for accurately testing, analyzing and assessing the load of each main component of the large wind generating set.
