Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for two binary systems, ethanol-N,N-dimethyl acetamide and ethyl acetate-N,N-dimethyl acetamide, and a ternary system, ethanol-ethyl acetate-N,N-dimethyl acetamide, were determined using a pump-ebullionmeter at 100 kPa. The experimental data are in accordance with thermodynamic consistency test. The activity coefficients of the two binary systems were correlated using Wilson, NRTL, Margules and van Laar models, and the results show that NRTL model is much better than the other models. The average deviations of the temperatures and vapor-phase compositions of the two binary systems are 0.34, 0.35 K and 0.0093, 0.0074, respectively. The VLE data of the ternary system were correlated based on the NRTL model parameters of the binary systems, and the vapor-phase compositions and bubble points were obtained.
