The "Food system" needs suitable technical solutions to overcome the various restrictions of the well-being sustainability to proactively contribute to the achievement of Sustainability Empowerment In this context, the institutions involved in the creation of knowledge in its different forms should play a key role but it's necessary to redirect the knowledge system to new behavioral models based on the interdisciplinarity and the real knowledge of the needs of the society The work, after a short analysis of the limitations of the segmented approach for Food System, focuses on the role of the knowledge system and puts forward some reflections about the features that should take to become a real lever of sustainability empowerment. The review of institutional organization of the municipalities in metropolitan cities leads us to reflect on the new role that agriculture and its stakeholders have to play in the pursuit of sustainability of well-being. In this context, this paper aims to highlight new models of governance for agriculture in the future, more appropriate to the emergence of a new proximity market, but especially more embedded in a feedback system that it will be able to offer in terms of lifestyles, mobility, work, health, leisure, social relationships and milieu. More precisely, agriculture can find a proximity market, whether it will be able to ensure the replicability of the stock of social, human, natural and economic capital, to respond to new lifestyles and to maintain and protect the identity of the territory. To revive the global economy and bring it to sustainable strategies, we need a different model of development, a different model of society based on Sustainability Empowerment. In order to achieve to well-being sustainability, policies are needed of local development that can set all local systems and all stakeholders towards a segmented approach to well-being. In this context, it plays a key role, policy makers, and to take an integrated policy based on sustainability, in order to bring about a radical change of food systems. Today a policy that tends to respond more and more to the characteristics of an integrated policy based on sustainability is the new Rural Development Policy (RDP) 2014-2020. Climate change can compromise the development of the territorial systems with rural vocation. Nevertheless, these last can influence, both positively than negatively, the factors that determine climate change. Starting from this dichotomous vision of the relationship between climate change and rural development, this study focuses on the role that Internet and the web marketing strategies can develop in the mitigation and in the adaptation to climate change trough the spread of information on virtuous behaviour by individuals and firms. In such optics, the study, looking over agritourism as multifunctional farm with an orientation to sustainability, provides a survey to evaluate the diffusion of Internet in the Campania Region and the propensity of firms to use the web in order to promote responsible behaviour among the users of websites (suggesting virtuous behaviours) or to valorize their commitment in the fight against climate change.

The need to "feed the planet", and especially to do so in a sustainable way, requires the ability of firms to "make themselves system" for the well-being sustainability by changing their paradigm of development and contributing effectively to the creation and maintenance of a Sustainability Oriented Territory (SOT): their territory. With this in mind, this paper examines the strategy of territorial corporate identity as strategic response of the "enterprise system" of a territory to a new food paradigm (identitary, sustainable and based on a not segmented approach to wellbeing) and as action carrier for the creation and maintenance of a SOT. To pursue the Sustainability Empowerment, i.e. to permanently insert the Right to Well-being Sustainability in the GLOBAL SOCIETY, we need to change the current development model, too much oriented, today, to a trade vision. To reach such an objective, the consumer, should adopt, within its anthropocentric approach, lifestyles compatible with it. To this end, it calls for a "restructuring" and a fielding of New Paradigms functional to an Integrated Approach to Well-being. Copyright © FrancoAngeli.

Sustainability is a right for all and the recognition of this requires a shift to a not more segmented approach to well-being sustainability. It is fundamental an universal approach, based on three pillars: an integrated communication strategy "Empowering Sustainability"; a new reference global system; the valorization of the "Excellence systems" of the territories. Starting from these considerations, this article looks at the role that the Food Systems of the Planet can play in determining the recognition of the right to an Overall Food System as a lever for the construction and maintenance over time and space of the well-being of our societies. Expo 2015 intends to assert the universal value of the Right to Food. In addition, the event also wanted to emphasize the strong link that exists between nutrition and climate change. This paper emphasizes the need for a possible compatibility between nutrition and fighting climate change, this through a radical change in behavioural patterns of the various stakeholders, aimed towards objectives of mitigation, adaptation, and resilience. © 2016, SRAC - Societatea Romana Pentru Asigurarea Calitatii. Generally, the advantages of short food supply chains are associated only to small agricultural holdings and/or farms with a limited production output, but not to larger agricultural holdings. These considerations are limited. For larger producers these forms of marketing could transform from being a mere instrument of commercial diversification into a promotion instrument that makes it possible to translate the acknowledged or desired values in products in the short supply chain to the entire commercial output. The paper, following analysis of the characteristics of e-commerce in agribusiness, proposes the experiences of the Terra Orti Producers Organisation in implementing social commerce for promoting fruit and vegetable products from the "Piana del Sele" territory. Recognizing the important role that modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICts), and in particular the Internet, can play in determining the so-called "Sustainability Empowerment" ("the ability to make the Right to Sustainability a constitutive principle of a new global society where well-being and its sustainability, in time and space, constitute its fundamental strategic goal"), the present paper highlights a web project that takes for example the short supply chain model as a reference to a sustainable food lifestyle. This with the purpose of highlighting the importance to guide the visitors to new patterns of food behavior most functional to the maintenance in time and space of a new well-being paradigm.
