In the paper a weighted Projection onto to convex sets (POCS) algorithm for image super-resolution reconstruction is proposed, which using POCS scheme to reconstruct image without knowing the degradation model and related parameters. In the proposed algorithm, adaptive block matching is utilized to estimate translational motion among various images firstly, and then APRX algorithm is adopted to estimate the point spread function (PSF) and the ideal high resolution image. Finally based on the traditional POCS algorithm, the paper introduced the prior information about low resolution image definition into POCS to calculate the residual and control the threshold by weighted parameter of image relative definition, and realized the dynamic threshold selection in the whole progress of reconstruction. Results of experiments show that the algorithm in the objective evaluation and visual effects achieves better reconstruction results, which confirm the validity and robustness of the proposed algorithm. © 2016 SERSC.

Based on the analysis of fault traveling wave characteristics at both ends of the line, a new algorithm of pilot protection based on the energy comparison of fault voltage direction traveling wave is proposed. The single frequency energy of voltage direction traveling wave is obtained based on S-transform within a period of time after the occurrence of the fault, the ratio of the voltage forward traveling wave energy on the side and the voltage backward traveling wave energy on the other side is used to construct the protection judgment. For the external fault, the smaller energy ratio is close to one, for the internal fault, the energy ratio is larger. Then the internal and external fault of transmission lines can be identified obviously. The simulation result shows that the internal and external fault can be distinguished accurately under the condition of smaller fault inception angle by the method presented in this paper, its performance is not affected by fault types, grounding resistance, fault location and bus configuration. © 2016, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. A new method of pilot protection based on S-transform sample entropy of current traveling wave for transmission lines is proposed, the ratio of S-transform sample entropy of fault current traveling wave at both ends of transmission line within a period of time after the occurrence of the fault is used to identify the internal and external fault. For the external fault, the forward traveling wave on the side and the backward traveling wave on the other side of transmission line are the same traveling wave, and the waveform is similarity, sample entropies of the corresponding current traveling wave are approximately equal to each other, so the ratio is close to one. For the internal fault, the forward traveling wave on the side and the backward traveling wave on the other side of transmission line are different, and the waveform is weak similarity, sample entropies of the corresponding current traveling wave have great differences, and the ratio is less than that of the external fault. According to these characteristics, a fault can be identified as internal or external one. The simulation result shows that the internal and external fault can be distinguished rapidly by the method presented in this paper, and its performance is not affected by fault types, fault inception angle, grounding resistance, fault location, and bus configuration. © 2016, Power System Protection and Control Press. This paper put forward a method to promote low-carbon development of electric power industry in China from the perspective of benchmarking circular economy efficiency of coal-fired power plants. The input-output index system that reflects reducing, reusing and recycling carbon dioxide, waste and pollution emissions for measuring the circular economy efficiency of coal-fired power plants is set up. With the survey data of 24 coal-fired power plants, the superefficiency data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is applied to ranking and improving the circular economy efficiency of these plants. and the benchmarking is carried out using the aforesaid DEA model. The benchmarking procedure proposed in this paper can be used to choose the best efficiency benchmark of circular economy in the environmental management of power plants and enhance the low-carbon development of coal-fired power industry. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
