The influence of annealing time for LiF (Mg, Cu, P) thermo-luminescence detector measurement results were investigated by experiments. It shows that when annealing temperature keeps invariant (240 ± 2°C), long annealing time has little influence on measurement results, especially for individual dose monitoring.
