The effect of the peroxide modifying system on the molecular, structural, and morphological characteristics of polypropylene/EPDM/talc composites was examined. Introduction of the modifying system into the composite formulation results in the formation of compatibilizing copolymeric components improving the morphology of talc-filled composites and increasing the number of elastomeric phase particles of 0.4 μm size, optimum for polypropylene/EPDM composites. © 2015 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
