Component-based system and program construction have emerged as important topics in software engineering and distributed computer systems. This paper introduces a component model which fares better along other dimensions than its predecessors, it includes a combination of sharing, hierarchy, and an open approach to component composition and binding which we believe to be novel. It allows for a clean definition of structural composition based on containment and binding relationships between components. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper studies the management of intelligent community network at present and technology development of internet of thing at home and abroad, in-depth analyze the existing residential property management system, and design the green energy-saving software platform based on Internet of things for intelligent community, the system platform takes Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool, taking SQL Server2008 as the database development environment. In order to meet the normal property management function demand, from the actual demand of the intelligent community management, increase the equipment management, file transfer, public security and other functions in the system. Intelligent video monitoring system is that the process of monitoring is lack of human intervention, the computer vision and video analysis are applied in automatic analysis of the image sequences that camera gathers, which can achieve the position, identification and tracking of target in the dynamic scene, analyzing and judging the behavior of the target, and providing useful information with the fastest and best way, which can help security personnel effectively deal with the crisis and minimize false positives and negatives phenomenon, effectively making early warn, dealing something in the process, timely finding evidence of the intelligent monitoring system, and which is automatic, all-day and real-time monitoring. © 2011 IEEE.

Laboratory and field experiments were carried out along with numerical simulations in this paper to study the effects of porous media on thermal and salt diffusion of the solar ponds. From our laboratory experiments simulating heat transfer inside a solar pond, it is shown that the addition of porous media to the bottom of a solar pond could help enhance its heat insulation effect. The experiment on salt diffusion indicates that the upward diffusion of the salt is slowed down when the porous media are added, which helps maintain the salt gradient. Our field experiments on two small-scaled solar ponds indicate that when porous media are added, the temperature in the lower convective zone (LCZ) of the solar pond is increased. It is also found that the increase in turbidity is repressed by porous media during the replenishment of the salt to the LCZ. Thermal diffusivities and conductivities of brine layers with porous media such as pebble and slag were also respectively measured in this paper based on the unsteady heat conducting principles of a semi-infinite body. These measured thermal properties were then used in our numerical simulations on the effect of porous media on thermal performance of a solar pond. Our simulation results show that brine layer with porous media plays more positive role in heat insulation effect when thermal conductivity of the ground is big. On the other hand, when the ground has a very small thermal conductivity, the performance of solar pond might be deteriorated and total heat storage quantity of solar pond might be reduced by brine layer with porous media. © 2011.

Time series forecasting is the main method in network flow prediction. RBF neural network is capable of universal approximation, which not only has fast training velocity, but also can solve the local minima problem. Thus, network flow prediction technology based on genetic algorithm and RBF neural network is presented in the paper. And the training parameters are adjusted by genetic algorithm. Network flow data about 40 points can be applied to study the superiority of genetic algorithm and RBF neural network neural network compared with normal RBF neural network. By the analysis of application case, it can be seen that the forecasting performance of genetic algorithm and RBF neural network is better than that of normal RBF neural network. © 2010 IEEE.
