In this paper, Arnold transformation and double random-phase encoding technique widely used in digital image information hiding are introduced to digital audio information hiding. The digital audio is transformed into a 2-D image called sound map and then the sound map will be divided into many windows and each window will be encrypted based on the Arnold transformation. Finally sound map will be re-encrypted based on double random-phase encoding technique. Biogenic amines in 42 traditional Chinese sausage samples obtained from different regions were determined by HPLC. The result showed that cadaverine was the major amine, followed by tyramine and putrescine. A total of 4 groups of samples were identified on the basis of total amines by cluster analysis. Group A included samples showing low amine contents (76.5 to 220 mg/kg) and accounted for 28.5% of the sausages examined. Group B included samples with moderate amine contents (220 to 600 mg/kg) and accounted for 45.2%. Group C included 11.9% of the samples showing high total biogenic amines contents (600 to 1000 mg/kg) and group D contained 14.28% of the samples showing very high levels of biogenic amines (higher than 1000 mg/kg). High correlation coefficients were found between the total counts of Enterobacteria and concentrations of total biogenic amines (r = 0.73). Sanitary quality of raw materials and the specific flora are import factors influencing biogenic amines formation in traditional Chinese sausages. © 2010 Institute of Food Technologists®. Source

There are mixed pixels in remote sensing images ordinarily, this is a difficulty of the pixel classification (ie, unmixing) in remote sensing image processing.Linear spectral separation, estimating the value end of Genpo degree, for spatial modeling, through the non-constrained mixed pixel decomposition,with cotton, corn, tomatoes and soil four endmembers to decompose mixed pixels, Got four endmember abundance images and the RMS error image, the planting area of cotton and cotton-growing area of the measurement in the decomposition of mixed pixel block, and obtained unmixing accuracy. A facile method based on HPLC/(-)ESI-MSn is established for the analysis of seven isomers of resveratrol dimers and three of their analogues in Xinjiang wine grapes. The structures of these compounds are positively or tentatively determined. Among them, three are tentatively identified as new compounds. MSn experiments on the [M-H]- ions provide abundant structural information, especially regarding the relative abundance of the key product ions, m/z 333 and 369 (385 in compound 3), which can be utilised to distinguish whether or not the compound identified contains the scaffold of the isomer of a resveratrol dimer. The relative abundance of key product ions remains unchanged as collision energy varies from 0.60 to 0.95 V. All the trans-, and cis-isomers could be identified by HPLC/DAD-UV spectra. The UV spectra of compounds 2 and 9 tentatively show cis and trans- configurations, respectively. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Source
