In recent years, businesses are deeply aware of business data integration and IT model is very important. Big Data Theory and the development of related industries promote the informatization process of medical, construction, municipal and other areas. Urban distribution network in the era of Big Data management is not the traditional network operation and maintenance, but an advanced management mode which uses data-based strategies to launch distribution network operation and maintenance, in other words, the future distribution network with large data management will become the core of network management. By analysis of AC charging pile monitoring and information, according to IEC61850 standard and UML modeling method, the AC charging pile logic device, logic node, data information model are built in communication manager at spacer layer to achieve standardization management of charging station supervisory and control system. Report and information exchange of control models between communication manager and monitoring host at control layer are discussed. The dataset/report control block, control property and service procedure of AC charging information exchange are presented. The application shows that the study can improve the interoperability of electric vehicle charging station monitoring system equipment and efficiency of management. Source

Information framework of optimal reactive power dispatch (ORPD) and the essential characteristics of coordinated reactive power optimization (RPO) in multi-area large-scale power systems are introduced in this paper. We consider that the change of optimal solutions (control settings) cannot be captured by simply using an equality constraint of the boundary values as which the voltages at boundary buses and power flows in tie lines are referred to. While many previous methods were proposed by using change of the boundary values to evaluate the change of optimal solutions, which might lead to failure in convergence, this paper puts forward a coordination strategy according to the correspondence between optimal solutions and boundary values based on a probing mechanism. This method is applied to a 472-bus power system; the simulation results show that the RPO scheme based on this strategy has strong convergence capability and high efficiency. Moreover, the proposed coordination strategy allows the transmission system operators (TSOs) to choose objective function and optimization algorithm independently. © 2014 IEEE. Source

Due to the non-stationary property of partial discharge (PD) signals, the joint time-frequency domain analysis of discharge pulses can reflect the discharge characteristics more perfectly compared with time domain or frequency domain analysis. Hence, in this study a needle-plate defect model, a floating defect model and an internal cavity defect model were designed according to possible defects in actual GIS. Gabor distribution characteristics of PD pulses of different defects under power frequency voltage were obtained, and the characteristic parameters were input to a back propagation artificial neural network for training and test. The validity of Gabor characteristic analysis on discharge pulses was analyzed through field PD test of 110 kV GIS defects. The results showed that the time-frequency spectrograms of the discharge pulses were extracted effectively for discharge assessment, and the training and test identification rates of the characteristic parameters were high enough for identification of discharge types. © 2015, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute. State estimation is the base of distribution network application software. Enough measurement is the base of observation. By taking into account the real-time measurements with low redundancy and most of them are current measurements, based on the relationship among the distribution network running parameters, the method getting active and reactive power measurements using electric current measurement is proposed. Using the method can add many pseudo measurements. According to radial operation feature of electric distribution network, the feeder tree is formed, and the linked list is used to keep the relationship among the elements in the distribution network. The forward-backward sweep method is adopted in adding pseudo measurements. The matching current equations in the sense of optimal estimation and its systematic solution are deduced. The result of an actual system shows that the proposed method is feasible. The method proposed can satisfy the real-time application demand of the distribution system. Source
