We construct nonlinear super integrable couplings of the super integrable Dirac hierarchy based on an enlarged matrix Lie superalgebra. Then its super Hamiltonian structure is furnished by super trace identity. As its reduction, we gain the nonlinear integrable couplings of the classical integrable Dirac hierarchy. © 2012 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper, we consider an n-job, m-machine flow shop scheduling problem with deteriorating jobs. By deteriorating jobs, we mean jobs whose processing times are an increasing function of their execution starting time. A simple linear deterioration function is assumed. When some dominant relationships between m - 1 machines can be satisfied, we show that the makespan minimization problem can be solved in polynomial time. © 2009 Springer-Verlag London Limited.

In this paper, a C0-type higher-order theory is developed for bending analysis of laminated composite and sandwich plates subjected to thermal/mechanical loads. The total number of unknowns in the present theory is independent of number of layers. The continuity conditions of transverse shear stresses at interfaces are a priori enforced. Moreover, the conditions of zero transverse shear stresses on the upper and lower surfaces are also considered. Based on the developed higher order theory, the typical solutions are presented for comparison. It is very important that the first derivatives of transverse displacement w have been taken out from the in-plane displacement fields of the proposed model, so that its finite element counterparts may avoid using the C1 interpolation functions. To assess the developed theory, the C1-type higher-order theory is chosen for comparison. Numerical results show that the present model can accurately predict the thermal/mechanical response of laminated composite and sandwich plates. Moreover, the present model is able to accurately calculated transverse shear stresses directly from constitutive equations without any postprocessing methods. © 2009 Elsevier Ltd. This paper proposes relaxed stabilization conditions of discrete-time nonlinear systems in the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy form. By using the algebraic property of fuzzy membership functions, a novel nonparallel distributed compensation (non-PDC) control scheme is proposed based on a new class of fuzzy Lyapunov functions. Thus, relaxed stabilization conditions for the underlying closed-loop fuzzy system are developed by applying a new slack variable technique. In particular, some existing fuzzy Lyapunov functions and non-PDC control schemes are special cases of the new Lyapunov function and fuzzy control scheme, respectively. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2012 IEEE.

University is one of the main sources of social human resource, it constantly supplies high-quality talents for our country. Recently, affected by economic crisis and some other factors, university students' employment problem has become one of the major problems which attract the government's attention. For solving this problem, it is necessary to evaluate the output efficiency of university human resource. In this paper, according to the statistical data of the year 2008, we use DEA method to analyze and evaluate the output efficiency, scale efficiency and deficiency of 42 "211" universities' human resources, and point out the improvement direction, it is very meaningful to perfect our output system of university human resource, increase the quantity and quality of our human resource and solve our university students' employment problem. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the Fermions tunneling radiation of a new class of black holes in Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet (EGB) gravity and three-dimensional Lifshitz black hole in New Massive Gravity (NMG). As a result, the tunneling probability and Hawking temperature of the black holes are well recovered, which confirms that the Hawking temperature of emitted Dirac particles of the black holes are the same as in the case of scalar particles. The quantization of entropy from the black hole have also been discussed. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

This article studies the adaptive output feedback control problem of a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with unknown time delays. The systems considered are dominated by a triangular system without zero dynamics satisfying linear growth in the unmeasurable states. The novelty of this article is that a universal-type adaptive output feedback controller is presented to time-delay systems, which can globally regulate all the states of the uncertain systems without knowing the growth rate. An illustrative example is provided to show the applicability of the developed control strategy. © 2012 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

The present invention belongs to the field of flexible solar cell manufacturing technology, in particular relates to a solar cell with a flexible substrate of an adjustable bandgap quantum well structure and a preparation method therefor. The solar cell of the present invention has a specific structure of Al electrode/GZO/P-type nc-Si:H/I layer In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N intrinsic film/N-type nc-Si:H/GZO/Al back electrode/AIN insulating layer/polyimide (PI) flexible substrate. The preparation method for the present invention comprises the steps of: firstly, preparing an AIN insulating layer and an Al back electrode by a magnetron sputtering method; then preparing a Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) transparent conductive film, an N-type hydrogenated nano-crystalline silicon (nc-Si:H) film, an In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N quantum well intrinsic crystal film, a P-type nc-Si:H film and another GZO transparent conductive film in sequence by an Electron Cyclotron Resonance Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (ECR-PEMOCVD) system; and finally preparing an Al metal electrode. The solar cell with a flexible substrate of an adjustable bandgap quantum well structure has excellent flexibility and light weight, is easy to carry, and has industrial potential and market space. Besides, the preparation process of the solar cell of the present invention is simple, which enables the solar cell to be produced in large scale.

Many potentially hazardous compounds are traded as chemicals or incorporated as additives in products. Their release to the environment has been a concern of EC, UNO, WHO and OECD. The discussion of the assessment and management of chemicals and products led to the OECD program Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). The World Summit encouraged countries to implement GHS with a view of having the system operating by 2008. The need to form GHS on a global scale is part of EU policy. GHS aims to have the same criteria worldwide to classify the responsible trade and handling of chemicals and at the same time protect human health. The EU will ensure transition from the current EU Classification & Labelling (C\L) to the GHS which harmonizes with REACH. Countries like Japan and the USA announced to implement GHS in the near future. UNITAR supports other countries. However, a complete picture on the global state of implementation is not available. With the growing level of worldwide trade we however face unsafe products on the marked. Only last year reports about toys releasing hazardous components made it to headlines. Vietnam reported that all kind of plastic gets recycled and sold back to the market. This shows that global trade in a circular economy is not acceptable without globally agreed assessment methods and harmonised C\L. A ECB study revealed that the EU regulation REACH will require 3.9 mill. additional test animals if no alternative methods are accepted. The number of additional tests are unknown when GHS is implemented in a global scale. The CA RISKCYCLE will include experts from OECD, UNEP, SusChem, country experts from Asia, America and Europe. The overall objective of the project is to define with international experts future needs of R\D contributions for innovations in the field of risk-based management of chemicals and products in a global perspective using alternative testing strategies to minimize animal tests.
