Aim at the requirement of the fast locating and positioning of the video multi target for the high speed military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), Using the video surveillance, UAV telemetry data and the priori elevation information of the target area to reconstructing the image of UAV video surveillance center and Establish UAV camera surveying coordinate system and also derivation positioning error statistical characteristics. This paper proposed a priori height video targeting algorithm (prior-altitude-locating-algorithm). Simulation shows that the prior-altitude-locating-algorithm can be used to solve position of ground/sea target reconnoitred by UAV video. The forward and reverse processes of prior-altitude-locating-algorithm are scientific, reasonable and fit the actual situation. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

Aiming at the dynamic characteristic of grid, to overcome the shortcomings of genetic algorithms which easily get a local optimum solution, a cloud-based genetic algorithm (CGA) for grid task scheduling is proposed. CGA is based on both the idea of GA and the properties of randomness and stable tendency of a normal cloud model. In this algorithm, Y-conditional cloud generator is used for the crossover operator, and basic cloud generator is used for the mutation operator. CGA can optimizes the solution with genetic algorithm based on cloud-model, ascertains the oriental scenario for scheduling, and improves on the arithmetic operators of population initialization, select, crossover, mutation and reinsertion in the process of task scheduling. The experiment validates the feasibility, validity, and practicality of the algorithm.

SVM is a rising in common use learning technology base on Statistical Learning Theory. In view of the variety of the changes of burning flame in large-scale boiler, in order to master the status of the furnace flame in real time. In this paper, it introduces the SVM network absorb the basic method of flame-picture's temperature, to study thoroughly discussed about the SVM network model, and puts forward an improved SVM network method, as for the method to calculate three-dimensional temperature field, which has many advantages to the traditional optimization method. Taking the SVM network using to test the three-dimensional temperature field in the furnace is feasible by the simulation studies and the experimental results. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Based on the algorithm of Scale invariant feature transform SIFT, informed a method to detection the airport runway foreign objects based on the algorithm of improved SIFT, first roughly extracts object through the image segmentation algorithm, then match the object on it's SIFT features, ensure it's features stability, enhance the matching accuracy. Experimental results show that this method can not only handle the problems of tar-get losing evidently, which are induced by objects rotation and translation, but also has nice robustness to the conjunction of multi-targets in the process of object tracking. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The measuring accuracy of the TDR cable length measurement system relies on the recognition of the reflected wave. The reflected wave is susceptible to be affected by noise and the reflected wave detecting error is comparatively large. In order to correctly identifying and detecting the reflected wave, this dissertation studies four reflected wave recognition algorithms, which are established according to the threshold method, centroid method, polynomial fitting method and the wavelet modulus maxima method respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of these algorithms are analyzed. The repeatability and accuracies of the reflected wave arrival time for these algorithms are compared through practical applications. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

The lifetime prediction of tower crane is very important in guiding the planning of use, making sure the lifetime of service about tower crane. By means of the abilities of neural network such as memory, induction & study, it can effectively build forecasting model for information which are difficult to be built into an exact math model like tower crane. This paper gains a relatively precision prediction result with BP neural network from the lifetime prediction of tower crane and describes the basic principle and the training work. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

Traveling wave velocity is the key to the measuring accuracy of the time-domain reflectometry cable length measurement system. The velocity value is affected by many factors. In order to reduce the velocity frequency characteristics impact on time-domain reflectometry cable length measurement system, the effect of frequency on traveling wave velocity is studied, the velocity curve of traveling wave as a function of frequency is established. The traveling wave velocity in coaxial cable as a function of cable length is measured. The experimental results show that the signal frequency is different in different cable lengths because of attenuation and different frequency corresponds to different velocity. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

According to the concept of wavelet, the thesis analyse the peculiarity of wavelet, and applies Mallat algorithm of wavelet method to treat the photoacoustic signals of water content in oil. Mallat algorithm is a kind of multi-resolution wavelet transform.In large scale space roughly corresponds to the signal profile,in small scale space roughly corresponds to the signal details. This algorithm is especially suitable for processing seismic signals, photoacoustic signals, voice signals and other non-stationary signal, and the ideal effects of noise removal and filtering have been achieved for the photoacoustic signals through this method. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

This paper introduces a design of detection instrument according to the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy based on the ARM to test trace gases in transformer insulating oil. This detection instrument makes embedded ARM9 as its center. On the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy, using microcontroller, lock-in amplifier to achieve the detection of trace gases in the transformer insulating oil. The article presents the hardware design method of the instrument, and validated by experiment. The instrument has the features of simple structure, easily operate, real-time online testing and so on. It has important significance for the maintenance of the transformer. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

According to electromagnetic waves theories, emissivity modeling of a layered casting surface has been developed to elucidate the different emissivity during the growth of oxide film. Through test detection a angle where p-polarized emissivity assumes a peak value is between 60°-80°. Emissivity stabilized when the growth of oxide film is enough. The conclusion provides an important theory for the design the temperature measurement equipment on the surface of casting. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
