The GM counter high voltage circuit is introduced, this circuit usually used in portable nuclear radiation measuring instrument. The high voltage circuit through each function module forms closed-loop control, which controls feedback adjust voltage, reduces the interference, improves the stability. The test results show that the circuit can work normally, the detector voltage quickly reaches the expected value, the numerical stability, small ripple coefficient, makes the reliability of the measuring instrument and availability is greatly increased. The sensitivity of GM counter is to be improved by the method of energy compensation which is to reduce the energy response effect at low energy region. If the shielding layer thickness and the size of hole part are determined by test experiment, the process will be very complicated. This paper verifies a simple method developed to calculate compensation conditions, also try to shorten the test cycle and simplify the calculation process by finding the right compensation conditions through software analysis base on hypothesizes, and finally prove the accuracy of the method by the energy response experiment of the GM counter. Comparing the calculated results in theory with the experimental results, the two results are basically consistent and both of them meet the requirements of energy response.

It is based on tool monitor in Qin Shan Nuclear Power Plant for the object of study, and manufacture a tool monitor simulator. The device is designed to automatically emulate-monitor the contamination level of objects for training students. Once if the tool monitor reports the contamination, the students can handle properly. The brief introduction of main function and system design of the simulator are presented in the paper.

In the Real-Time Supervision System of Personal Dose, the Reader's main function is to communicate between Dosimeter and Supervision Software in computer. The Dosimeter measure the personal dose and rate, and transmit them to the Supervision Software by Reader. The Supervision Software using Reader to set and assign dosimeter, also do the Entry/Exit control management. The brief introduction of main function and system design of the Reader are presented int the paper.
