Load experiment was adopted for completion quality test on certain bridge. During the test process, tiny cracks appeared the bottom of bridge beam. By analyzing, the tiny cracks would not affect the structure security of the bridge. Carbon fiber plastering was used to repair and reinforce the cracks. Results show that the effectiveness is good, and the expected purpose is achieved.

Pile foundation was adopted in the main workshop of certain factory building, while natural foundation was in the secondary workshop, which led to nonuniform settlement. The nonuniform settlement is controlled after strengthening and underpinning the foundation of the secondary workshop by use of anchor rod static pressure piles with large length-diameter ratio. As a result, a satisfactory engineering effect is achieved.

The correct analysis and treatment of pier cap problem affects the safety of bridges. In this paper, a project of pier cap problem was introduced, and the reason for the problem was analyzed. The results show that the main reason of the pier cap problem is the concrete alkali-aggregate reaction. According to the conditions of this reaction, the "isolation with good material and increase of cross-section treatment" scheme is put forward for the pier cap problem,and it makes the bridge rehabilitation. The treatment of the pier cap problem is correct and brings a good effect, which can provide a reference to the analysis and treatment of similar projects.
