Ensuring process execution reliability and success is crucial for business process management. A mechanism is required to link high-level requirements to transaction management and utilize runtime information to remedy occurred problems. However, workflow transaction models have a gap with high-level requirements, and their limited forward recovery mechanisms lead to lots of unnecessary aborts. This paper proposes a relaxed configurable transaction model derived from the artifact-centric design principle. High-level requirements are described using goal model and linked to transaction management. Algorithms are provided to ensure workflow validity against user-specified failure atomicity through validity rules. With the support of configuration rules and enhanced failure handling mechanism, some failures can be avoided when their restored conditions are satisfied by the runtime data gathered in artifacts. © 2016 IEEE.

Based on the technique proposed by Muki & Sternberg, a rigorous analytical method for calculating the interaction factor between two piles with different lengths, diameters and properties is presented. The pile group in layered soils is calculated by using the principle of superposition. The validity of the presented method has been verified through comparing with those from other existing solutions. A parametric analysis is made to study the pile group settlement and the loads shared by the individual pile. The proposed interaction factors of pile-pile can consider the strengthening effect of intervening piles. The proposed method can be used to analyze the large pile group.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- 183 operators from AT&S China received their college diplomas on November 30 2016. They are the first batch of college graduates with the major in information technology management from Shanghai Open University. The graduation ceremony was witnessed by the board of management of AT&S China and the officials from Shanghai Minhang District government, Shanghai Xinzhuang Industry Park and the media. Time is a crucial factor in business process management. Business processes fail to accomplish when temporal inconsistency occurs between participants. Traditional temporal consistency verification methods only focus on available temporal information of web services, and the temporal constraint, which requires that the next service must be available after all previous services accomplish, is too strong. In artifact centric business process management, artifact plays the same important role as task and thus its impact on temporal consistency needs to be taken into account. In this paper, we propose a model named Timed Artifact-centric Net (TiArtiNet) based on color petri net to specify and manage the temporal consistency, with data-related temporal attributes included. A set of temporal policies are defined, and based on which, algorithms for temporal consistency check at both design time and runtime are developed. The proposed method effectively solves the problem of temporal modeling and verification of artifact-centric business processes. © 2013 IEEE.

The direct-drive permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) system with full converter can achieve wind maximum power point tracking (MPPT) in a wide range of wind-speed. The characteristics of PMSG are investigated first, and then the vector control method and a MPPT strategy based on hill-climbing method for PMSG are presented. Simulation results show that the controllers can extract maximum wind power in good dynamic performance. © 2012 IEEE.

Detecting Stepping-stone intrusion, especially resisting in intruders evasion has been widely and deeply studied and explored since 1995. In this paper, we propose a method by counting matched TCP/IP packets to detect stepping-stone intrusion. Our study shows that this approach not only can detect stepping-stone intrusion with an improved performance, but also can resist in intruders' evasion, such as time-jittering, and chaff-perturbation. We model stepping-stone intrusion detection as a one dimensional random-walk process. Theoretical analysis shows that in order to obtain the same false positive rate, this approach needs less number of packets monitored than Blum's approach which is considered state-of-the-art method. The simulation results show that this approach can resist in intruders chaff-perturbation up to 50%. © 2015 IEEE.

The financial agglomeration and FDI technology spillover which effect on Chinese regional upgrading of industrial structure are discussed in the paper, It is proved from the empirical point of view that the regional innovation and regional economic growth are promoted through the deepening of financial function and the FDI spill over effect. If the degree of FDI spillover in a region is high, financial agglomeration characteristic is obvious, the regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading is faster. It shows that there is consistency between financial agglomeration trend change and regional economic disparities and proves that the industrial structure optimization and financial agglomeration, FDI technology spillover, undertake international investment transfer has a strong positive correlation though the empirical analysis on Chinese 31 provinces financial aggregation, FDI technology spillover and the adjustment of regional industrial structure. The financial agglomeration, scale of investment, technology innovation spillover have obvious role for the upgrading of industrial structure.

This paper designs an education video personalized recommendation system based on collaborative filtering recommendation technology. We design this system mainly based on collaborative technology and content analysis technology. This system can increase the effect of teaching, also can increase the learning autonomy of students and make students studying high-efficiency. The reasons of the work noise and high labor intensity of operators are found through the analysis of periodic motion of the original frog-hammer for soft ground treatment. The electromotor drives a pair of eccentric blocks for the opposite direction rotation with equal angular velocity, which generates counteract horizontal centrifugal forces, so that the noise at work and labor intensity of workers are reduced. In addition, the flexibility of walking is improved with the installation of rollers in the chassis. The present transformation has features of simple structure, easy manufacture, and good application prospects for construction machinery.
