To verify the validity of fault control measures, a verification platform with software fault injection and hardware fault injection is developed to conduct fault diagnosis measures for MCU control system. For the faults occurring in the internal units of a controller, program debugger is employed to simulate software or hardware faults by varying the data; for the faults occurring in peripheral circuits, a circuit of fault-settings is employed to simulate hardware faults, i.e., open-/short-circuit and electrical level variation. This verification platform is applied to evaluate software measures to control the faults/errors in accordance with IEC60335/IEC60730/UL1998/ CSA22.2.08, and a case of induction cooker is presented shows how it works. Experimental results show that the verification platform runs stably and accurately, and has a big value in practice. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A rapid and sensitive method for the detection of chloramphenieol residue based on the multiplexed Luminex assay was established, through the optimization of the experiment conditions such as the concentration of biotin and buffer. At the same time the stability and specificity of the method were analyzed. The results show that PBS buffer is better than the others, optimal reaction conditions are 500 beads and 1:3200 biotin. The Standard Curve is FI = 0.000458304 + (4597.71 - 0.000458304)/((1 + (Conc./2.66257) ^ 0.680332)) ^ 1.67971. Under this condition, the detection limit is 0.013 ng/mL and the process needs about 1.5 h. © 2014 WIT Press.

A rapid analytical method for the determination of five coumarins coumarin, 7-methoxycoumarin, dihydrocoumarin, 7-methyl coumarin and 7-ethoxy-4-methyl coumarin) in toys by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has been developed. After ultrasonic extraction in tetrahydrofuran, the samples were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS in multi-reaction monitoring MRM, mode. Acetonitrile and 0.1% acetic acid were used as the mobile phases with gradient elution. The linear ranges of calibration curves were 10-1000 μg/L, and the limits of quantification (LOQ) (S/N>10) were 2. 0 μg/L for all the analytes, except that the LOQ for dihydrocoumarin was 5.0 μ/L. The recoveries of the five coumarins spiked in three types of samples were in the ranges of 93.2%-105.8%>97.3%-103.2% and 96. 8%-102.9%> with the relative standard deviations in the ranges of 4.35%-8.27%, 3.65%-6.73% and 4.03%-6.45%, respectively. The method was applied in the determination of 12 toy samples. The five analytes were found in 9 samples; and in some cases, the presence of quite high concentrations of these coumarins in the toys should be a matter of concern. © 2010 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Chromatography, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CAS.
