High performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass (HPLC-MS/MS) has been adopted to set up a method for detecting 15 mycotoxins as aflatoxin B1, etc. The multifunctional cleanup column has been used for sample pretreatment. The method was verified and optimized in order to meet inspection requirments for imported distilled dried grains (DDGS). According to the detection results of 67 imported DDGSs, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin and HT-tonxin were all found in the samples. By means of statistic analysis, a venture analysis result was proposed for the mycotoxins existing in imported DDGS. ©, 2014, Editorial Department, Chinese Cereals and Oils Association.
