Currently, related research on engineering project security is short of consideration for the connection and interplay between construction time, cost and other objectives and security. Aiming at this deficiency, safety level index of engineering project is obtained on the basis of analysis on the relationship between the duration, completion cost and guarantee safety cost of each process and safety level and via the combination of security with system reliability theory; safety target is further introduced into construction time-cost optimization model to construct construction time-cost-safety level equilibrium optimization model of engineering project. Finally, a series of Pareto solutions of construction time, cost and safety level in combination with an engineering project case and in reference to BIM project management and in utilization of PSO algorithm to solve the model so as to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the model and its practicability in engineering project safety management. In this paper, the problem of economic transformation of supply chain enterprises based on collaborative innovation is studied, and the corresponding index evaluation model is put forward to determine the strategy and scheme to solve the problem. The results show that in order to solve the problems of knowledge, technology security, belonging, benefit distribution, need to put forward the suitable scheme of supply chain enterprise transformation, large correlation between the 5 evaluation indexes were selected by correlation analysis and the evaluation model was constructed by the method of variation coefficient, the scheme of economic transformation of supply chain enterprises is put forward by the order of index weight, which is: Identify strategic objectives of collaborative innovation→Set up the corresponding efficient work platform→Echelon formation of inter-enterprise cooperation→Set up the corresponding management mechanism→Improve performance evaluation system. © 2016 IEEE.

The 2-dimension uncertain linguistic variables add a subjective evaluation on the reliability of the evaluation results given by decision makers, so they can better express fuzzy information. At the same time, the power average (PA) operator has the characteristic of capturing the correlations of the aggregated arguments. In this paper, we propose some power aggregation operators, including 2-dimension uncertain linguistic power generalized aggregation operator (2DULPGA) and 2-dimension uncertain linguistic power generalized weighted aggregation operator (2DULPGWA), and discuss some properties and special cases of them. Finally, with respect to the multiple attribute group decision making problems in which the attribute values take the form of the 2-dimension uncertain linguistic information, the method based on some power generalized aggregation operators is proposed, and two examples are given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its effectiveness. © 2013 Elsevier B.V. Through introduction into design of damage detection system of mine steel wire rope, the basic principles of wavelet analysis and denoising methods, the evaluation criterion for selecting optimal wavelet basis is given out. Through theoretic analysis on broken wire damage signal characters and wavelet systems of steel wire rope and conversion of specific wavelet basis through Matlab wavelet analysis toolbox, it's found that the effect of extracting the signal characters of broken wire through db4 wavelet basis is most evident. The testing result indicates that the decomposition and reconstruction of broken wire's damage signal characters based on wavelet MRA (multiresolution analysis), the aberrant points, power frequency interference and other numerous noises are eliminated effectively and the deficiency in traditional filtering methods are overcome, thus the reliable basis for quantitative recognition of broken wire signal of mine steel wire rope is laid. © 2016 TCCT.

Rectangle part is the foundation of irregular part layout, about which domestic and overseas scholars have studied a lot and have put forward many algorithms. Based on a careful study of these algorithms in the paper, it is determined to solve the rectangle packing problem with genetic algorithm analysis. Different from the formerly used the genetic algorithm optimization layout, the algorithm of this paper stresses optimization localization rule in order to solve layout problem with the advantages of global searching ability of genetic algorithm. This algorithm sets the utilization ratio of the maximum area of capacity as the goal, after confirming the priority of deposition sequence of rectangle, in view of the locating rule of rectangle packing, based on feasible region and by introducing the method of attractive factors, optimizing the calculation for each parameter of placement function by utilizing genetic algorithm. Positioning function of the structure of this paper by changing the parameter value can cover the previous golden horn strategy, the lower left corner strategy, down the steps such as positioning method. Use VC programming to realize automatic two dimensional rectangular layout systems, the algorithm and example verification, the precision of parameter on the result of layout, the number of attractor for layout results, and the influence of parameter values for different rectangular piece of regularity. According to different rectangular block configuration, layout scheme can be better and faster. © 2016 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A symmetric two-species competition system under the action of multiplicative noise, additive noise and periodic signal has been analytically studied by using two-state theory. The results indicate that signal-to-noise ratio of the system state variables exhibits a peak with multiplicative and additive noise intensities, i.e., a stochastic resonance phenomenon. © 2013 Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science.

In statistical inference methods, Bayesian method is a method of great influence. This paper introduces the basic idea of the Bayesian method. However, the widespread popularity of MCMC samplers is largely due to their impact on solving statistical computation problems related to Bayesian inference. Markov chain Monte Carlo method is essentially a Monte Carlo synthesis procedure. The random sample of it is related to a Markov chain. It is a widely used stochastic simulation method. This paper mainly introduces Gibbs sampling, and its application in Bayesian statistics. We use a simple example to illustrate how to tackle a typical Bayesian problem via the MCMC method. © Owned by the authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

The Decision Tree technology, which is the main technology of the Data Mining classification and forecast, is the classifying rule that infers the Decision Tree manifestation through group of out-of-orders, the non-rule examples. The current fragile type water marking plan could not distinguish whether the image contents or water marking is falsified, semi- fragile water marking algorithm based on hash function in DWT domain is set up in this thesis. The algorithm makes JPEG quantification to the images, converts the blocks by DWT, hashes to the blocked DWT low frequency portion, and then files the hash codes and the water marking information into blocks domain following the embedded algorithm. The experiments show that this method has good robustness to the JPEG compressed at certain level, and has good falsification and locating capability based on blocking.
