We consider a stochastic optimal control problem of a forward-backward system in which the control variable consists of two components: the continuous control and the impulse control. The domain of the control is assumed to be convex. Necessary optimality conditions of the Pontryagin maximum principle type are obtained for this stochastic optimal control problem. We also give additional conditions, under which the necessary optimality conditions turn out to be sufficient. © 2006 IEEE.

With respect to multiple attribute group decision-making problems in which attribute values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, the group decision-making methods based on some Hamacher aggregation operators, which extended the algebraic aggregation operators and Einstein aggregation operators, are developed. First, an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher-ordered weighted averaging operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher hybrid weighted averaging operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher geometric weighted averaging operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher geometric-ordered weighted averaging operator, and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher geometric hybrid weighted averaging operator are proposed. Some desirable properties of these operators, such as commutativity, idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness, are studied, and some special cases in these operators are analyzed. Furthermore, two methods to multicriteria decision group making based on these operators are developed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the proposed methods and to demonstrate their practicality and effectiveness. © 2013 IEEE.

A multi-attribute group decision-making method based on weighted aggregation operators is presented to solve the decision-making problems which the attribute values and the weights take the form of interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (GIVTFN). First, some properties are defined, such as the concept and the relational calculation rules of GIVTFN, the distance and its characteristics of GIVTFN, and the method of linguistic terms transformed into GIVTFN. Second, the normalization method of GIVTFN, generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy number weighted aggregation operator (ITWA), the generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy number ordered weighted aggregation operator (ITOWA), and the generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers hybrid aggregation operator (ITHA) are proposed. The group decision methods based on these operators are also illustrated. With respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the attribute weights and the expert weights take the form of real numbers and the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic variables, new group decision making methods have been developed. First, operational laws, expected value definitions, score functions and accuracy functions of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic variables are introduced. Then, an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic weighted geometric average (IULWGA) operator and an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic ordered weighted geometric (IULOWG) operator are developed. Furthermore, some desirable properties of these operators, such as commutativity, idempotency, monotonicity and boundedness, have been studied, and an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic hybrid geometric (IULHG) operator, which generalizes both the IULWGA operator and the IULOWG operator, was developed. Based on these operators, two methods for multiple attribute group decision making problems with intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information have been proposed. Inventory control is an important field in supply chain management, and a great deal of research efforts have been devoted to it over past few decades. In previous researches, there are some assumptions like that the lead time is an incontrollable variable, and all the items replenished are of perfect quality, and so on. However, those assumptions may not be fit for the real environments, and the inventory control problem needs to be considered in a more comprehensive sense. The aims of this paper is to establish the mathematical model and propose an solving approach for the reorder point inventory problems with partial backordered and partial lost sale situation in fuzzy random environment. Specially, the paper investigates the mixture inventory control system in which the lead time demands in different cycles are independent and identically distributed (iid) random variables, and the defective rates of the arrived order lot in different cycles are also iid random variables. Moreover, the backorder rate, ordering cost, shortage penalty cost and marginal profit per unit in different cycles are iid fuzzy variables, respectively. Then based on the fuzzy random renewal reward theory, a mathematical formulation about the expected annual total cost is presented, and some useful properties are analyzed for establishing an efficient solution procedure. In order to calculate the expected value of fuzzy expression and search the optimal values of order quantity, reorder point and lead time, a fuzzy simulation algorithm and an iterative algorithm are designed, respectively. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the procedure of searching the optimal solution. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

This Letter investigates the stabilization of three-dimensional chaotic systems in a finite time. Based on the finite-time stability theory, a control law is proposed to realize finite-time chaos stabilization of three-dimensional chaotic systems. Several illustrative examples with numerical simulations are studied by using the results obtained in this Letter. Study of examples shows that our control methods work very well in stabilizing a class of chaotic systems in a finite time. © 2010 Elsevier B.V.

This Letter investigates the stabilization of three-dimensional chaotic systems, and proposes a novel simple adaptive-feedback controller for chaos control. In comparison with previous methods, the present controller which only contains single state feedback, to our knowledge, is the simplest control scheme for controlling the three-dimensional chaotic system. Firstly, the operation rules, the properties, and the comparing method of the interval grey linguistic variables are defined. Then some aggregation operators are defined, such as interval grey linguistic weighted aggregation (IGLWA) operator, interval grey linguistic ordered weighted aggregation (IGLOWA) operator, and interval grey linguistic hybrid weighted aggregation (IGLHWA) operator; the decision making methods based on these operators are proposed to solve the group decision making problems. On the background of economic globalisation, market competition is no longer the competition between enterprises, but it is the competition between supply chains. Supplier selection is the basis of supply chain cooperation, and is also the key factor to improve the competitive power of a supply chain. A novel method, which combines entropy weight and an improved ELECTRE-III method, is proposed to deal with supplier selection of supply chains. The research states at home and abroad are firstly analysed, and on the foundation of the relative literature, the indicator systems are constructed and the corresponding objective weight of each indicator based on entropy is calculated. Then the threshold is confirmed and the harmoniousness index and the unharmoniousness index are calculated. Next, the outranking relation is calculated and evaluated. Last, the suppliers are ranked based on the net advantage value of each project. Finally, the case analysis proves that the process of this method is clear and the application of it is convenient. © 2011 Taylor & Francis.

Based on the ILGDOWA and ILGDHWA operators, the approach to multiple attribute group decision making with intuitionistic linguistic information is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approaches and to demonstrate their practicality and effectiveness. © 2012 Elsevier Inc.
