A humic acid composition includes fulvic acid, ulmic acid and black humic acid. Fulvic acid is in an amount ranging from 64% to 98 wt % based on a sum weight of fulvic acid, ulmic acid and black humic acid. The content of phenol hydroxyl groups is in a range from 0.76 mmol/g to 2.42 mmol/g in the humic acid composition. The humic acid composition contains a high content of fulvic acid with small molecular weight and a high content of active functional groups, and a high content of phenolic hydroxyl in the active groups. The humic acid composition can provide microbial organic source for soil directly, and improve the nutrient of crops and the soil environment in rhizosphere to promote the breeding of microorganism and delay the attenuation rate of soil microbes.

The effects of ammonium sulfite pretreatment on chemical composition and enzymatic saccharification of the residue from wheat straw preparation were investigated. The results revealed that more lignin was removed with the temperature and the charge of ammonium sulfite increasing. The degradation of hemicellulose increased with the increasing of the temperature distinctly, while the cellulose remained stable during the process of pretreatment. The increasing of the temperature and the charge of ammonium sulfite was beneficial to enhance the enzymatic saccharification. The sugar conversion of pretreated the residue from wheat straw increased with the increase of ammonium sulfite charge and temperature, the charge of ammonium sulfite was more sensitive than the temperature. The glucan and xylan conversion reached up to 88.9% and 44.9%, respectively, and the highest total sugar conversion was 67.0%, when the pretreated substrate with 16% ammonium sulfite charge, and 165℃ was hydrolyzed at a cellulase dosage of 40 FPU per gram of cellulose in substrate. ©, 2015, China Technical Association of Paper Industry. This paper addressed the experiment process of bio-enzymes application in wheat straw NS pulping. Results show that, using 1.5% bio-enzymes (on the oven-dried raw material) to take place of 30%~40% ammonium sulfite could produce the pulp with similar Kappa number and largely reduced the residual ammonium in blowing, it could reduce the corrosion of the digester, the tank, and the pipeline as well as reduce the ammonia nitrogen content of the effluent.

Print-through of cultural papers is essentially caused by high opacity and ink absorbency. In the production process, the types and applied amounts of the pulp, filler, size and dye (or pigment) as well as the fine content, all affect opacity and oil absorbency of the paper, beating degree, caliper and moisture content of the paper. Those affect the paper print-through through affecting the paper opacity and ink penetration.

A circular utilization method in pulping and papermaking processes with straw Primary pulp is obtained by digesting straw raw material according to the ammonium sulfite method. Concentrated black liquor is extruded from the primary pulp; paper pulp and diluted black liquor. The concentrated black liquor and the diluted black liquor are mixed, and a contaminated condensate is obtained. A residual concentrate or the concentrated black liquor is used for preparing a fertilizer. The contaminated condensate is mixed with one or more of the waste material obtained from stock preparation, a crop byproduct or organic waste, and substrate or fertilizer is obtained by fermenting the nitrogen source of the contaminated condensate or ammonium sulfite, or using the contaminated condensate for desulfurizing flue gas. Ammonia and flue gas are reacted to obtain the ammonium sulfite as a digestion agent; and water from recycling is used in corresponding phases of the pulping process.

This invention is to a corn stalk material and its preparation method and apparatus. The corn stalk material is the peel of the corn stalk which is one or more materials selected from the group consisting of a silk-shaped peel of the corn stalk and a strip-shaped peel of the corn stalk with residual pulp of the corn stalk. The method for the corn stalk material includes the following steps: 1) using an agricultural harvester to harvest the corn stalk; 2) when harvesting, the corn stalk being separated, and obtaining a pulp, a leaf and a peel of the corn stalk respectively; 3) collecting peel of the corn stalk when a moisture content is 1545%; The collected pulp and leaf of the corn stalk are as feed, or fermented to produce lactic acid or alcohol.
