(1-x)CaTiO3-xLaAlO3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of LaAlO3 content on the microstructures, crystal structures, and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied systematically. The results show that lattice structure distorted, and the dielectric constant decreases, Q·f value increases, temperature coefficent of resonance frequency shift to nagative as the LaAlO3 doping content increasing. Good combination of microwave dielectric properties was obtained for 0.33CaTiO3-0.67LaAlO3 ceramic sintered at 1460℃, where εr=45.3, Q·f=36218 GHz and τf=-0.5 ppm/℃. ©, 2014, Chinese Ceramic Society.
