In order to achieve w(C)>0.4% and w(P)<0.02% at tapping, a single-slag decarburization process at the condition of 1050 kg/t consumed by hot metal and w(P)=0.15% was developed. Lower dephosphorization, splashing and difficulty of pulling carbon time is the most difficult point of the process. Therefore, the adjustment test on the converter operation taking place, oxygen pressure, the flow of bottom blowing and the end control are taken. Experimental results indicate that splashing can be efficiently controlled while improving the dephosphorization efficiency with suitable bottom blowing pressure. The carbon percentage increased to more than 90% by establishing high carbon tapping end-point judgment model. After the implementation of the process, BOF end-point free oxygen is maintained at about 100×10-6. Source

The old city renewal is an unavoidable topic in the city development. The updated residential planning is the important content. The problem in old city renewal can't be solved only through the traditional urban planning theory. In this paper, we propose a new idea by means of the principle of environmental awareness from the point of view of sustainability, the urban ecological environment, construction methods and urban development. A physical thermal model of COREX melter gasifier was established. The data of the air temperatures in this model were measured with temperature sensors under different experimental conditions. The temperature gradient could be obtained by processing the data of the air temperatures in this model. The results showed that the packed bed, cohesive zone, drip zone and raceway in the melter gasifier could be roughly distinguished by analyzing temperature gradient along the vertical direction. The zones in the COREX melter gasifier could be described objectively by the method so as to analyze the impact of the operating conditions on the zones in the future studies. Source

Experimental investigations on two-phase flow boiling heat transfer of R134a in helically coiled tube were carried out. DC power of low voltage and high current was adopted to heat the test section directly to boiling the R134a flowing in it, and the experiments were studied at saturation temperature from 5 to 15°C, with the refrigerant mass flux varying from 100 to 400 kg · m-2 · s-1, heat flux varying from 5 to 20 kW · m-2, and the vapor quality ranging from 0.1 to 0.8. The results show that the heat transfer coefficients increase distinctly with the rising of the vapor quality and the mass velocity, and rise with the increasing of the heat fluxes and notablely at the low vapor quality conditions. The heat transfer coefficients are affected slightly by the system pressures. The new correlation is developed for predicting the local boiling heat transfer coefficients through the regression analysis on the test data. © 2011 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng. Source

The electrochemical methods were used to study the corrosion behavior of SuperCr13 in two kinds of simulated formation water environments. And the traditional 2Crl3 martensitic stainless steel was used as contrast material. The results show that the higher the content of HC03- in the simulated formation water, the lower the Ecorr and the higer the corrosion current density. Meanwhile, the transfer resistance and passivation membrane resistance reduced, the module value of Warburg impedance decreased. Cycle polarization curves show that SuperCr13 and 2Cr13 have good passivation performance in the simulated formation water. The higher the protection potential, the better the passivation performance. Source
