Wool/silk fabric is soft, nobility, which is popular with people, but because of the nature of wire itself, the hair silk of worsted fabrics in the finishing process especially easy to produce grinding and spot defects (black and white staining), crease, etc. Some defect could not even repare. Through select silk type (mulberry silk, spun silk yarn, tussah silk, etc.), silk content and ply, blended and interwoven fabrics of different characteristics such as sorting, to optimize the technology of finishing at the same time, by optimizing the finishing process to control the whole process of each procedure, the basic realization of the wool/silk fabrics of batch production is zero reparation.

WinPro spinning represents a large step forward of spinning technology. This paper introduces WinPro's spinning principle, characteristics and advantages in production efficiency. It analyses the amount of production processes and materials in one WinPro or ring spinning line, it compares WinPro's energy consumption to ring spinning in producing the same fineness yam and it gives the yarn's example produced by WinPro. The result shows that WinPro makes it possible to spin 2-ply, 3ply or 4-ply yarns in one process, it is applicable to all long staple fibers length from 50 ∼ 220 mm and their blends. Its maximum speed can be up to 250 m/min, the tie-up of material in process within the WinPro line is 80% less and it leads to a 32% lower energy consumption. One kind worsted yarn which fineness is 8. 33 tex × 2 has been produced successfully by WinPro.

This article describes the worsted preparation process of different silver fiber content, analyses the degree of difficulty and the fabric shielding performance of the three proportions of the yam during weaving. The article also introduces the blended fabric finishing process and simple precautions, tests the fabric shielding performance of the blended fabric after finishing, and then compares before and after the silver fiber blended fabric finishing fabric shielding performance and analyses the reasons that may be happened for this change. Finally, the experimental analysis, optimizes out the most reasonable fiber mixing and process parameters, makes blended fabric electromagnetic shielding to achieve the best effect.
