40D MicroStretch™ and spandex as raw material, the yarn was spinning with wool/ polyester in proper proportion. The essay mainly analyze the performance of two types of elastic yam and fabric, it comes to conclude that in term of the tension respone, elastic stability and chemical resistance, the yarn with MicroStretch™ has better performance. After these treatments such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 40% caustic soda, hypochlorite and washing several times, the damage is small. Secondly, the yarn and fabric with MicroStretch™ has less breakage rate and higher efficiency when spinning and weaving. The experiment successfully develops worsted wool/polyester elastic fabric, which helps expand elastic fabric field.

This paper mainly introduces the choice of raw materials, spinning, weaving and finishing technology and the technical measures of production process of the fabric with environment-friendly and comfortable properties. This high-grade dress fabric that possesses the properties of comfortable, high-grade environmental protection, natural burnish and soft smooth is made up of wool, Tencel, polyester and conductive fiber. Especially after the reasonable finishing process, it can make the fabric sheen natural soft, silky luster, moisture permeability of the very high-end sense, wearing comfort. In addition, the performance index test results of the fabric show that test items all meet the requirements. In other words,this fabric has good performances, environmentalprotection and comfort ability and unique senses, which makes the product have superior added value and wider market prospect.

Due to the particularity of policeman uniform fabrics, Its performance requirement is very strict, especially for glm weight, warp/weft density, pilling (brush grinding), friction fastness, tear strength, aberration and so on, which must achieve the ministry of public security standard. The production process is very difficulty. Among the entire product processing process, the fabric finishing process is the most important affect, reasonable process parameters play a decisive role to improve product quality. This article takes a lot of finishing experiment researches, determines the best finishing technological process and optimum process parameters, and finally achieved qualified of index, solving the wool spinning uniform fabrics production problem.

This paper mainly introduces woollen yam production process and parameters, uses combed cotton as warp, worsted yams as weft weave in order to make lightweight and high-class wool and cotton blended fabric. After reasonable finishing processes, the jean fabrics has the properties of surface even, soft handle, moisture breathable, soft gloss natural. After the fabric physical properties test, it is concluded that the fabric has good fastness, good appearance retention, and persistent size stability, and meet consumer, especially young people to pursue fashion and trend of the demand, so the development of high-grade thin type of outdoor leisure comfortable wool blended with cotton denim fabric has a broad market prospect.

The article expounds worsted fabric organization structure design extends to the jacquard fabric design concept, expanding innovative thinking. The jacquard weaving technology can emphasize the pluralistic orientation of original design, enrich design and color of worsted wool fabric, metabolic texture original changes. This essay measures the fabrics' thermal properties between bulking wool and regular wool within the same grams per square meter, then finds that the warm-feeling of bulking wool fabric is stronger, and cool-feeling is weaker than regular wool fabric. Within double-board test, the heat resistant property of bulking wool is much better, and within single-board test the bulking wool fabric's heat resistant property is superior to regular wool fabric, but the difference between them diminishes. This fact reveals that wind resistant of bulking wool fabric is not so good, thus it should be utilized with lining. At the same time, a formula is concluded between the thermal property and thickness and air permeability. According to the results of the measurement, we can find that the properties of textile do not depend on fibers completely, and on account of the production technology on some level.

Based on the theory of shielding electromagnetic radiation, the fabric is developed with stainless steel filament to shield electromagnetic radiation. Because the steel filament is too rigid and has less elasticity, the filament tends to break during weaving when repeatedly pulled. In this essay, according to spinning experiments, the way to produce wool-filament yam is decided, and yam breakage is reduced, weaving efficiency is improved. The fabric stmcture is designed based on shielding electromagnetic radiation theory, steel filaments in the fabric form shielding net, which gives the fabric the function of shielding electromagnetic radiation by which we are constantly affected in everyday work and life. In order to produce the fabric smoothly and effectively, the tension during spinning, weaving and finishing must be carefully controlled, and try best to reduce the force applied on the steel filament.
