When matrix converter (MC) and high-frequency link (HFL) are combined together, they become more complex and gain a safe commutation for the use of high-frequency transformer. To realize energy conversion and transmission, and to achieve reliable and safe commutation at the same time are particularly important and desirable. HFL matrix converter (HFLMC) can be divided into two types: high-frequency link matrix inverter (HFLMI) and high-frequency link matrix rectifier (HFLMR). A three-phase output HFLMI is selected as the object of this study, and a novel integration sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) control strategy with one-step adaptive commutation based on De-Re-coupling idea is proposed for it. After expounding on the De-Re-coupling idea, a kind of HFLMC equivalent circuit model based on the high-frequency transformer equivalent circuit is built up. Then, a detailed analysis of the voltage stress on power devices of the HFLMC by using this model is performed. A safe operation evaluation criterion of HFLMC is also gained. A suggestion of how to select carrier wave for integration SPWM is ascertained through detail discussion, and two kinds of specific Re-coupling logic circuits are presented, and at last some experimental results are shown to make a certification for feasibility and effectiveness of the new proposed SPWM strategy. © 2011 IEEE.

Matrix Rectifier has evolved from the traditional three phase to three phaseMatrix Converter (MC) in recent years, and inherits merits of the traditional MC. Matrix Rectifier could be divided into isolated and non-isolated two types according to using high frequency transformer or not. A kind of isolated Matrix Rectifier topology, i.e., high frequency link Matrix Rectifier (HFLMR) has been selected as the study project. Space vector modulation is the mostly focused control strategy for the HFLMR, however its algorithm and its implementation are complicated and difficulty. So a novel straightforward absolute value logic SPWM control strategy based on De-Re-coupling idea has been proposed in this paper, which could realize unit power factor and DC voltage output, and made the transformer gain volt-second balance in a high frequency switching cycle. The validity and feasibility of the proposed control strategy have been well proved by the simulation and experiment results, and a special working phenomenon named as "the dual voltage endemism" has been analyzed in detail. © 2012 IEEE.

In order to study liquefaction and failure law of the tailings under the action of blasting vibration, series blasting experiments were done in dry beaches of a small abandoned tailings dam. The explosives was buried in the tailings dry beach face, blasting created blasting crater and arc shaped cracks, and accompanied by sand boil and water eruption. By installing blasting vibration velocity and acceleration sensors on tailings dam dry beach to measure corresponding blasting vibration velocity and acceleration, regression analyses on experimental data, the blasting vibration velocity and acceleration which can cause tailings sand liquefaction and damage are respectively 23.94cm/s and 4.38m/s2. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Heat-resistant Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si aluminum alloys were prepared by spray forming technique. The phase transition of deposited alloys from room temperature to 500°C was measured by Differential Scanning Calorimeter. The organization and the second phases of the alloys were observed and studied by transmission electron microscopy. The research results show that No endothermic peak appears in the deposited alloys during heating process, there is no phase transition occur in the alloy during the heating process from room temperature to 500°C. The deposited alloys mainly include α-Al and α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si phase. Under the transmission electron microscopy, there are also a small amount of slug, fan-shaped, needle-like, block, strip second phases, these phases are Al12Fe3Si, Al8Fe2Si, θ-Al13Fe4, Al9FeSi3, Al6Fe. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The 8009 aluminum alloys were fabricated by spray forming and extrusion process. The microstructure and properties of the alloy were investigated by means of metallographic, scanning electron microscope and tensile test. The results indicate that at room temperature, the tensile strength of the extruded alloys can reach 415MPa, the yield strength 345MPa, elongation 22.5%. The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloys decrease with the increasing temperature, the plastic of alloys shows a "down-up" medium temperature brittleness law. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

As energy shortages in recent years, pollution-free cars are urgent needed, so electric cars become engineering research focus. Dynamics of vehicle with four independently-driving wheels is analyzed to show the purpose of vehicle running control. Dynamic response model of driving system is obtained through system identification, and then be transformed into a control model of driving system. The whole vehicle control method is designed, guaranteed cost control theory is used to design system feedback controller. The equality torque driving force distribution strategy is applied in experiment, and this method has achieved good results. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

In this paper, the Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si alloys were fabricated by spray forming and extrusion process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated by means of metallographic, scanning electron microscope and tensile test. The results indicate that the tensile strength of the extrued alloys can reach 353MPa, the yield strength 300MPa, elongation 19.12%, at room temperature. At 250°C, the tensile strength of the extrued alloys can reach 221MPa, the yield strength 208MPa, elongation 13.33%.© (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
