This paper proposes methods for the development of mathematical models and for the control of operation modes of technological objects in oil refinery in face of uncertainty based on fuzzy information. The mathematical formulation of the problem of decision-making on controlling modes, which are solved on the basis of mathematical modeling, is formalized and obtained. By using the example of the problem of decision-making on optimal operation modes of technological complex for the benzene production and based on the methods of fuzzy mathematics an algorithm of its solution is developed. The initial problem is formalized as a problem of decision-making in the fuzzy environment, since the investigated object is characterized by multicriteriality and frequently functions in a fuzzy environment. The mathematical formulation of the problem of object's mode selection in the fuzzy environment and the heuristic algorithm of its solution is obtained by modifying various optimality principles based on methods of the fuzzy sets theory. © 2016 Institute of Control, Robotics and Systems - ICROS.

The work hereby studies phase composition and microstructure condition of corium prototype (received in out-of-pile experiment) of light water power reactor with different oxidation degree; defines its thermo physical properties (specific heat capacity, temperature conductivity and heat conduction) in the range from room temperature to about ~450 °. The obtained data on temperature dependences of thermo physical properties (TPP) of corium can be used for conduction of temperature field's computations in the modeling of processes on molten corium retention in the reactor vessel.

The experimental samples of siliconized graphite consisting of raw materials with relevant technological requirements for prototypes production of siliconized graphite were investigated in this work. It is found that the test samples acquire the desired hexagonal lattice after heating at the sintering temperature of 1550 °C. It is determined that the desired structure of the obtained material consists of three main phases corresponding to siliconized graphite: the silicon carbide (SiC), free carbon (C) and silicon (Si). It is found that that microhardness of the obtained samples was: for silicon from 5250 to 8720 MPa and for silicon carbide from 10840 to 15900 MPa which corresponds to known values. © 2016, Sphinx Knowledge House. This study describes the operational principle of cone penetrometers and method of determining the yield stress using cone penetrometers. The standard GOST R 50814-95 “Meat products. Methods of penetration determination by means of the cone and the needle indentor”, developed by the Russian Federation in 1995, applies to viscous-plastic (meat and sausage forcemeat, pate) and elastic (ready meat and sausage) meat products and specifies the methods of consistency determination by cone or needle penetration. The test method for penetration of viscous-plastic materials using different penetrometers and the main equations for yield stress determination are presented. © Asian Network for Scientific Information, 2015.

The whole civilized world commonly practices including of all the children into educational system regardless on their abilities or cultural and social status. In this context there is a topical issue of creation of a social environment within an educational institution that shall allow a child to fulfil him/herself, to feel inner connection with the world around, to realise his/her importance for the world. The objective of this research is to model the process of formation of readiness in teachers of elementary school to work within inclusive education. The article describes basic parameters of professional and physiologic readiness of elementary school teachers to inclusion of a child with special educational needs into educational process: new conception thinking, ability to realise personal and social value of work with children with special educational needs, readiness to continuous learning and self-development. In order to create effective ways of training teachers to work within inclusive education the methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis were used. The results of the study might be used in preparation of teachers to work in inclusive schools is a complex and systematic work, including professional selection of applicants to the pedagogical specialty and the inclusion of psychological and pedagogical disciplines with information about inclusive education. © 2016 Movkebayeva et al.

In this study the chemical composition and yield stress of meat bone paste is studied. The meat-bone paste is obtained after grinding on colloid and superfine colloid machines with final size of bone particles less or equal to 0.1 mm. According to the analysis, the protein content in meat-bone paste was 24.30%-24.72%, fat content is varied from 11.0% to 12.7%, moisture-33.89%-34.47% and inorganic substances reached up to 30% from the total mass of the meat-bone paste. The yield stress of meat-bone paste after grinding on the colloid machine (MBP1) varies from 19231.04 Pa to 6934.56 Pa and from 18182.09 Pa to 5944.47 Pa in MBP2 (meat-bone paste after grinding on the superfine grinding machine) in the range of temperature from 10°C to 30°C.

The present study was carried out to evaluate Cs-137 activity concentration in soil, water, vegetation, and cow’s milk at 10 locations within three regions (Abai, Ayaguz, and Urdzhar) to the southeast of the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site (SNTS) in Kazakhstan. Cs-137 activity concentrations, determined using a pure Ge gamma-ray spectrometer, showed that, all samples collected did not exceed the National maximum allowable limits of 10,000 Bq/kg for soil, 100 Bq/kg for cow’s milk, 74 Bq/kg for vegetation, and 11 Bq/kg for water. Cs-137 is, therefore, not considered a health hazard in these regions. The highest levels of contamination were found in the Abai region, where the highest activity concentration of Cs-137 was 18.0 ± 1.0 Bq/kg in soil, 7.60 ± 0.31 Bq/kg in cow’s milk, 4.00 ± 0.14 Bq/kg in the vegetation, and 3.00 ± 0.24 Bq/kg in water. The lowest levels were measured within the Urdzhar region, where 4.00 ± 0.14 Bq/kg was found in the soil, 0.30 ± 0.02 Bq/kg in the cow’s milk, 1.00 ± 0.03 Bq/kg in the vegetation, and 0.20 ± 0.02 Bq/kg in the water. © 2015, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
