To promote the development of textile information, solve the present condition of the production information-can not be integrated and share in the LAN, a production information monitoring and control system are developed. First, the weaknesses that are from the existing computer monitoring system are analyzed, the structure model of system is designed via the techniques of database, network, communication and so on. Second, the technical problems in the system design process have been studied, and the corresponding solutions are proposed. Third, through the production monitoring and control indexes, a system decision-making model is built by using the expert method and fuzzy control theory. As verified by application, being compared with the traditional system, the system has some obvious advantages, the comprehensive management and production information integration are achieved, as well as the production data share and scientific management decisions are realized.

For finishing plant of the textile enterprise, to achieve information and networking of production management, through using communication technology, network technology, database technology, etc. , a new network-based database management system is developed within the LAN of the textile industry. The interrelation in the database is processed and optimized by using database design paradigm theory, as well as three kinds of optimization methods are proposed for the logical structure design process of the database. Meanwhile, the system's key management function, system features, as well as the logical structure design of the database is described in detail. As proved in practice, the successful application of the system has solved the backward status of production management level, and the slow development condition of information technology for finishing workshop, realized the dynamic management of production information, and greatly improved the information development of the textile enterprise.

Aiming at the current issues of finishing workshop of the textile enterprise, which are the backward production" management level, low work efficiency and less personalized service, according to the actual requirements, a network-based production management system is developed by using network technology, database technology, UML techniques, and fuzzy control theory, etc. Meanwhile, for strengthening production process management, a comprehensive statistics and data analysis model based on multi-Agent is built, the role functions of each Agent, Agent model' s implementation and realization process is described, and then system ' s operation processes, core management functions are introduced, as well as query optimization method and security of the database is designed in detail. As verified by practical application, that actual requirements of business management of finishing workshop are realized, the traditional manual management method is changed, the data result correct of production statistics and decision analysis is ensured, and the information development of textile enterprise is promoted. As a whole, system has certain economic and practical value.

In order to achieve defect fabric data sharing within a local area network (LAN) for the textile mill, the effective integration of production management information in the finishing workshop, according to the actual requirements of the finishing workshop, the overall production technology process has been studied, a defect information management system based on Client/Server mode is developed. A common defect fabric coding regular and data integration strategy is put forward respectively via database and network technology, and one procedure algorithm is designed. As a result, the repeated defect name in various workshops is resolved, and the effective integration of production management information is realized. The technical difficulties during the system design are analyzed, main function of system, logical structure design of database are introduced. Practical application shows that defect information management system achieves the centralized management and common usage of the defect data, reduces labor cost of the textile enterprise, and improves the work efficiency of the finishing workshop.
