Sanitizable signature is a powerful and practical tool, which is quite useful in governmental or military offices, where there is a dilemma between disclosure requirements of documents and private secret. In this paper, an identity-based sanitizable signature scheme in the standard model (without random oracle) is proposed by combining identity-based cryptography and sanitizable signature. We also formally give the model of identity-based sanitizable signature in the standard model. Finally, a full security proof for the proposed scheme is provided according to our security model. © Springer-Verlag 2010.

Based on analyzing the characteristics of Chinese urban taxi market, as well as the actual operator data, this paper study the pricing strategy of taxi based on hedonic price model (HPM) in economics. A taxi pricing model was built according to HPM theory and some variables, such as the vehicle models, per capita annual disposable income, public transportation system development level, taxi vacant rate, the amount of urban taxis, urban resident population, traffic congestion level, the development level of tourism, etc. Combined with the relevant data of 31 large or medium-sized cities, Multiple linear regression and ordinary least squares method were used to estimate the unknown parameters of the model. The actual operator data of urban taxi were used to calculate the price. The results show that the price obtained from this model can make the income of taxi drivers close to the average wage of urban employers, and provide some support for decision-making management departments.

The Quality of performance of Networked control system (NCS) depends on the quality of network service. To guarantee the limit of quality of network service of NCS, the mechanism of end-to-end rate control is applied to NCS. An novel end-to-end rate control scheme of guaranteeing minimal rate for each control loop of NCS is proposed. This scheme can guarantee to meet the requirements of quality of network service of NCS and show TCP friendly. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

The expressway toll data are high-dimensional and massive, of which distribution is unknown, therefore it is hard to decide which algorithm and what parameters are more suitable for clustering to this kind of data set. Aiming to this problem, IBCS, a clustering evaluation index based on balance of clusters' shapes, is proposed, and various cluster shape features which include outline, distribution, density, and sizes, are evaluated evenly and synthetically. By means of this index, the neighborhood confidence interval is adjusted adaptively according to data set sparsity, and the degrees of scattering and separating to cluster structure are measured. With density evaluation, IBCS is provided with capability of selecting algorithm for data set. With size evaluation, the problem that clusters are too different after separated is avoided. Results of comparison experiment on UCI data set with several candidate algorithms show that, IBCS is feasible and efficient, and the correct cluster number and clustering pattern are achieved. Finally, result of Xi'an-Baoji expressway toll data clustering based on IBCS indicates that, the clustering scheme with K-means algorithm and 5 clusters is optimal. Artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms derived from the corresponding simulation of biology, anatomy. The paper analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of the artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms. The artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms to be combine in the prediction model. This method is used to predict traffic volume in a road, the accuracy of forecasting results improved significantly. Therefore, this simulation method in traffic prediction have a good prospect.

In consideration of time-varying network-delay and data dropout, the problem of networked H∞ output tracking control law with external disturbances and parameter uncertainty is studied. A design method of H∞ output tracking controller to guarantee the constraints of quality of network service is proposed. By this method, both the quality of H∞ output tracking index and quality of network service can be guaranteed. © 2011 ISSN 1881-803X.

With China's economic rapid development and expansion of urban areas, urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly obvious, following from that is not optimistic, the coming of the scarcity of urban road resources and traffic situation. Namely, there is a contradiction between the demand of travel and the road service. At the present time, the simulation model on domestic and foreign does not really reflect that the traffic flow from the emergence and development of the life-cycle process to reduce traffic flow. In this paper, Kirchhoff's law for the basic theory of the analysis, identify the relationship between the resistances of traffic and the traffic flow, traffic volume, and so on, to obtained analysis model, and reveal the law of the traffic flow life-cycle.

Traffic informatization has significantly improved the transport efficiency and the internet of things (IoT) bring more new technology and new methods for the development of traffic informatization. The internet of vehicles (IoV) is subsequently generated and is now under developing. However, it has some technical problems in the application process, such as monitoring the detail component of vehicle. In this paper, a technology is proposed that is accessible the small parts of traffic equipment through BOA technology. If the hardware itself has embedded control interface, can the remote monitor be used to revise the components parameters through integration BOA with the interface. By this way, the whole or parts of the equipments can be monitored and optimized by integrating with the CAN bus. It can even reach a wide range of remoting access and monitoring parameters by setting up separated virtual IPv6 address for the BOA. Finally, the example of the controlled video surveillance with the BOA technology is used to demonstrate the feasibility of this technology.
