The ion exchange adsorption equilibrium for Recombinant Human-Like Collagen II (RHLC II) onto resin CM52 was investigated under different pH values, NaCl concentrations and temperatures. The results show that the dissociation constant Kd is higher and the binding capacity is lower when the pH value increases within 4.0
